This place seriously has no standard. Horrible customer service, no leadership skills and definitely no honesty. A person would think for a store doing so bad, they would at least hire competent people to work but this is not the case. Came to this store about two weeks ago to do an even exchange for a Christmas window cling that I bought as a duplicate. After one person on the floor said there should be no problems, I went to the back of the store and was declined the exchange. I would understand if I tried to return the item for a refund but that was not the case, not to mention they had plenty of the items in stock. So I went to the back "Customer Service " and spoke to Franchesca. Told her that when I purchased the item, I was not informed of any conditions that came with the purchase, not to mention there were no signs in that area or the cashier stations. She became snarky and pointed to a sign on her station. So then I asked her how is a customer suppose to know this? Walk back of the store to find out? By this time she was just smacking her lips and saying she cant take it. I went ahead and asked for the store manager and she went ahead and said she was the manager with an attitude. By this time I was annoyed and decided to leave . Before I left however, I went ahead and asked a guy by the name of Ron in the front on my way out if its true that you cant do an even exchange on the item and he agreed with a slight attitude. (When I approached him, he was on the radio with someone who I will presume was the girl in the back since I over heard them talking about what I just finished asking). So I asked him where are the signs stating the conditions and when he couldnt answer that, I asked for the store manager once again. This time, he said he was the store manager. So i called him out stating that the girl in the back said she was the store manager and he went ahead and said that was his helper. (Didnt know that was an actual title for Kmart stores) So I went ahead and said that they should have signs stating you cant do returns or any exchanges on Christmas items at the Christmas aisles and cash registers and that maybe he should bring it up to the regional manager so that they can take the suggestion as consideration. Why did I say this to him, he went ahead and with an even worse attitude said that they did have notices. So I asked him where? Tell me why this suppose "manager" starts looking through some folders to look for the notice, then decides to go to a compartment at another register shuffling through binders and folders. Gave him close to 10 minutes to find this before I laugh and said "Seriously?, I dont have time to keep waiting " and left. All he had to do was take the suggestion and thats it. Not like I displayed some sort of attitude until he decided to get an attitude with me. And even then I was still respectful and kept my cool towards him. Maybe I struck a nerve on him or something. But either way, these are not the type of people that should be working at these stores...

Demoralizing and unacceptable. I ordered an item online and set it up to pay in store at the register and sent my husband to retrieve it because I was unable to. The supervisor would not allow him to retrieve it even though the item had not yet been paid for. I tried speaking with the supervisor on the phone to provide proper identification. Firstly, he did not want to speak with me. Additionally, he did not care or act like my request mattered at all. Instead of treating me like a valued customer and offering a different alternative the man was extremely rude and dismissive. If he couldnt allow my husband to retrieve the order he couldve simply told me that item was available in the store and that I could simply retrieve another one, but he didnt care about my concern nor did he bother to try and accommodate my request. This was my first experience at this particular Kmart and my last. Do not go to this store under any circumstances.

If i could give no stars then I would! Place is absolutely disgusting, the workers there are all young and ignorant, this place needs to be shut down already! Terrible customer service, nasty attitudes. Will never be coming back here again...go spend your money some place else....but not at this dump!

If your running in there for quick seasonal item or something general like lightbulbs etc.. fine but Martha Stewart needs to give Kmart a face lift. Talk about needing a new make up. Big store and packed. good customer service . no lines.

Went to kmart looking to by a bycicle, there was no one around what-so-ever to help, store seems very lonely and abandoned in a way. Parking structure is pretty big but is not well mantained and its a little dark.

Cashier was very rude. It was an older woman with gray hair. She was rude to the customer before me and rude to me also. Made shopping there an unpleasant experience. Left the merchandise I was going to buy.
