Do not go to this store their employees are incompetent and even the manager is incompetent. We visited on April 22nd to order a cross I saw online Renee the manager told us the cross should be in in a week and that she would reach out to us. Well she didnt reach out we had too and she said one more week. Now two weeks seems reasonable, thats fine but when my husband called back she tells him the cross will be in June 12th. 2 months is absolutely ridiculous so I called Jared corporate and they said it is beyond them why it would take so long and when they did further research it is because their incompetent manager Renee didnt place the order correctly. So after I spoke with the corporate Jareds I Called the store and asked them how to get my refund, Carla said come to the store but not right now because they dont have cash and they will call me when they do. That is absolutely ridiculous and this store needs to stop playing games! And by the way all we put down was $89.00 not a thousand so your store doesnt have 89 dollars??????? This place needs competent new management or to just go out of business, and I hope miss Renee reads this!

For my (now) husband and I going to Jared Vault was one of the best decisions ever! A few months before the wedding we went to look for wedding bands. I had a very specific double band with diamonds in mind but it was very challenging trying to find one that would fit my engagement ring. Finally after visiting several jewelry stores we decided to go to Jareds. At first we were skeptical since I had the thought that Jareds was a pricy jewelry store (dont know why I thought that) lol but Carla was absolutely amazing! She offered to clean my engagement ring (which had not even been purchased there) and took her time helping me find the perfect band! Finally, we found the rught band, right size and it fit perfectly with my engagement ring! Not just that but right in our budget!!!! We got both of our wedding bands and we continue going back for pandora charms, gifts for our parents and i bought a beautiful watch for my hubby!!! I always walk away with great deals but most importantly happy and satisfied with my purchase!!! I love Jareds and their team!

I was having trouble looking for the right necklace to give to my grandmother for her 90th birthday. I visited a couple of jewelry stores and I did not receive the help I needed. All the associates simply told me the prices of the necklaces but never took the time to go through the process with me of actually picking out the right one. Thank God I decided to go to Jared at jersey gardens ! As soon as I walked into the store I was greeted by the assistant manager, Carla. She asked me what I was looking for and I explained to her my situation. I truly wasnt expecting much but she completely went out of her way to show me all the necklaces they had, the meaning behind each one of them and the various discounts they offered. I also met the manager Renee and she kindly went through all the warranties and payment plans they offered. I walked out of Jared Vault 100% satisfied with my purchase and my grandma loved her gift. Thank you Carla and Renee !

If I could rate this place with a minus or less than A star I would,for the most part the staff seemed initially friendly but very unknowledgeable of the sales that the company was promoting and what was applicable at the current time. Some staff had the audacity to even comment to other staff members maybe we need to buy a pandora charm to protect one another of the "evil eye". Lack of education and professionalism is as noticeable to even the blind.DO yourself the favor go to NEWPORT CENTER MALL to get the best possible experience for a PANDORA product at the PANDORA store. To the employees at Jared in the mall ,New Jersey has a vast amount of educational institutions in order to pursue a more meaningful career because customer service isnt the right one for 95 % of your team.Best Wishes

Needed a gift for a family member and the ladies there took the time to get to know me and my moms likes and dislikes to ensure she would not only like it but LOVE it. When her friends ask where she got the ear rings bracelet and ring, she says he went to Jareds at jersey garden mall. They laugh but a couple minutes later a get a call asking if I could go with them to pick out a piece of jewelry for their partner. Ive even bought jewelry for myself from there and I NEVER buy jewelry for myself. Had it not been for Renee, Carla, Shantay, and the other ladies there my confidence within myself would be gone. Always a pleasure working with those ladies there. Keep up the GREAT JOB, happy holidays, and have a GREAT NEW YEAR!!!

I recently visited the Jared Vault with my fiancé to purchase my wedding band. I was a little hesitant after dealing with the location in Paramus (very pushy and not as friendly). Upon walking into the Vault location I never felt rushed and was greeted by Renee. She was very kind and an absolute pleasure to work with. She gave me a great deal with many options. My Fiancé and I will continue to visit this location and work with Renee. Keep up the amazing work and best of luck! :-)

The girls in there were such dolls! They worked with my budget and went above and behond to keep me satisfied. Im a customer for Jared the Galleria for years now and thought that maybe the Vault would be different, but i was wrong!! Not only did i get the best customer service and everything i needed, BUT i left with a huge smile on my face from all the laughs i had there. Absolutely an amazing experience! The workers were so nice and patient! I came with my boyfriend to buy a piece I had seen online and went to Kays first. I had the worst experience there and felt so belittled. I shouldve come to Jared from the beginning! They explained everything so perfectly and made me feel so comfortable. They just gained a forever customer! I loved the experience!! A few days ago I entered Jared to look for a mothers day gift for my mom and as soon as I walked in a young lady named Carla came to me and offered to help me right away, she was super sweet and patient , she took her time with me and I was able to find the perfect gift for my mom. I could say that I loved the experience at Jared and I would definitely shop there again.
