Horrible experience. Purchased a gift online and when we went to pick it up there were 10 people in line and I had 2 little kids with me and couldnt wait. 3 days go by and I cant there to get it. I get an email saying its cancelled. My wife goes to the store right away and they have it away already. I will never purchase from this store again.

We love this location. The store manager has ALWAYS extended his personal best to our family. His professionalism and fairness has kept us returning to this store. That being said about him...there is a cashier or two who could benefit from a lesson in listening / understanding the customer.

I bought a singing machine here for little kids birthday, but it didnt work when we opened it at the birthday party. What a disappointment. Luckily, it wasnt to hard to exchange at another toys r us location where I also asked them to check it if it works so I dont have to come back again

Not a very big selection of RC cars at reasonable prices and the BabysRus side has a horrible limited selection of kids clothes. During the week during the day the multiple register on the ToysRus side werent even open!

Nice layout, there were standing walking around but not bothering us as we wandered. The prices are pretty high, though. Saw a small stuffed animal, thirty dollars. Makes no sense.
