been there several times and everything was ok if you have questions the staff is 75% of the time willing to answer questions. the 3 stars are because of their policy of not giving you a return if u dnt give them ur id...i had bought some bubbles that were on the cashier there was a sign that clearly said 1.99 and it scan 2.99, told me to go to the returns and exchange for 1 dollar(i was going to let it go by but then i decided not to ). first i had to wait in line and then ..they didnt gave the 1 dollar back with out and id... wasnt going to argue for one dollar.!

I called to make sure a game was in stock. Employee stated that it was. Took my lunch break to pick it up and to my surprise.....they didnt have it! Waste of time! I am giving them 2 stars because the manager called another store to make sure that they had it in their possession. Moral to this story: make sure they have whatever you are looking for in their hands before heading there. Thought this was common sense, but I guess not.

Checking out is a nightmare because they typically have almost no registers open and the ones that are are manned by sad, slow-motion zombies that must also apparently be dealing with a crappy POS system that just isnt responsive. Even when you try to do your best to move things along once its your turn, it still really doesnt make a difference. It might be more pleasant to drown yourself.

I will never shop at Toys R Us ever! Made a online layaway payment they took my money and then told me my order was cancelled after taking the money..,. Any future toy shopping will be done at a different store... I will blast them on facebook and twitter... becareful of the companies layaway policies once there stock is gone they take delayed online layaway to provide for other customers....

Not happy with my visit they were no help went because I got a spiderman scooter for my grandson and the bar didnt match up. Gave me a new took home went to put it together missing so go back and ask them to put it together never told me it will cost me $10.00 and will have to come back in 24 hours to pick it up. I was not happy and my 2 years old grandson was very upset.

Excellent store with the normal products. There is no Babies R Us attached, but that store is in the same strip mall, just further west. Either way, this store does not get too crowded and the products are normally in the right shelves.

As far as Toys R Us go, this one is ok, its pretty clean and well organized but the staff isnt really around for helping out if needed. Its a toy store, so cant really complain too much, haha.

Went to this location. It was packed and the girl running the registers Sam was great! She was super efficient and had the line that was wrapped around the store moving quickly.

Filthy and messy store. Theres dust everywhere. Id say shop in Paramus as its a little nicer, but not by much. Easier to just buy this stuff on Amazon now anyway. Good riddance.

Ignore the bad reviews. Ive been here twice in the last month and both times was very impressed with every employee I encountered. They all seemed genuinely eager to help.

If you have to call, dont hold your breath. Terrible wait time on the phone. Already 15 minutes in. Its 4 in the afternoon they cant be that busy.

Very unhelpful staff. Good luck ever trying to get anyone in Customer Service over the phone. It takes over 35-45 minutes for someone to answer!
