Daniel M. I have worked at this store before, and if you went into the shoes of those "kids" youd understand why you had to wait. Every line, both register and phone are usually busy, associates are checking stock for customers through the computer to then call it in to the storeroom. This particular store is the epicenter of toy stores. Managers deal with returns all day and need to help train new employees. If you cant wait the 10 minutes, then just go online and see if they have it. Its not like CALLING was the only option. Dont be such a stuck up whiny girl.

Awful staff. No one helps you. Rude. Act as if they are doing favors instead of just being nice. Manager was the worst of them. Ive been there about 6 times and its just as bad each time. Forced to go there due to gift cards given to my kids. Would pay extra if I could use them anywhere else. The worst toys r us store period. Did I mention the manager?

Toys r us is still the place to go for the largest toy selection. I like this store, but they have moved some things around to locations that dont make sense. You can still find what youre looking for, but it just might take a little longer.

Store looked dirty, staff seemed to disburse when they saw customers, and there was 1 register open despite all the employees and person in front of me had a dispute with staff while no manager came to calm the situation.

I bought a power wheel for my child, but I did not know how big is the box. Kind staffs helped me to put a big box in my suv, they didnt forget to inspect it. What a nice staffs.

Every time I visit this store one person is working the cash registers and there is a long line. I would rather visit the Paramus store than wait 30 minutes to check out!!

Good Toys R Us, good selection, store is clean. Friendly staff. Parking lot is good sized, just watch the cars zipping around you trying to get to the fast food places.
