I Hadnt had time to get to TOYS R US, in nearly half a year, I found the store at approximately 1PM on Friday, After hours of looking at the INCREDIBLE INVENTORY ! As I checked out about 150+ different items particular to my choices as an Adult collector of VERY SELECT items. I was helped, gladly by one young lady in one isle, a tall lean young man also stopped to offer help when he saw me fervently searching..lol Both were very helpful a notable CHANGE, ( Something I noticed right away, was the cleanliness, many better display arrangements since last visit,and many other things as in better product rotation, in a timely fasion. Also A young lady kept that entire clean against TOO many kiddies, their job yes, but THEY WERE ALL SMILING AND BEING ALMOST TOO KIND!) THE CASHIER WAS VERY NICE , ALSO A SINCERE SMEIKE THE OTHERS, ALSO PATIENT WITH ALL T HE CUTOMERS, VERY IMPRESSIVE, SEEMING SO YOUNG & VERY HELPFUL! I havent been by Often enough, missed out on a hot item, I will check INVENTORY at all your stores close , Bro g a al . Pat matures, as in ,Im a 56 yr old Kid ( artist in these areas, co.ics etc..) I actually decided to make sure I stop in On a more regular Basis, kinda long drive... But I will not buy TOYS from Wal-Marts stores FOR being the Opposite of the Toys R Us store I visited today, I HAD A great time, I was truly there for over 4 hrs having fun, catching up a bit On whats available, & being made.. YOU have the VERY BEST YOU STORES IN THE WORLD! I wanted to be somewhat thorough in this Due to the VERY Positive Experience. I hope you found it useful, I DO Apologize forf running on, BUT WHERE I BUY MY COLLECTIBLES, TRULY MATTERS, and Im BACK! A Miss. McKenzie (If I spelled it correctly) TRULY EMBODIES WHAT IT IS TO BE CHEERY ,SMART , HELPFUL& PLEASANT. Oops, I say that already, sorry. SAY THANK YOU FOR .E , PLEASE. HEY, IF YOU LIKE YOUR TOYS OR COLLECTIBLES TO BE SHINY ,NEW & IN STOCK, GO TO " TOYS "R" US ", WAL-MART ALREADY HAS MORE STORES THAN ANY COMPANY, BUT ITS 10 TIMES THE TROUBLE AND AT CHECK OUT , RARELY DO THEY EVEN LOOK UP ENOUGH TO SEE THEIR FACE! AND ITS ALWAYS A MESS, UNTIL THE LATE NIGHT , THE ONCE A DAY CLEAN UP IN THEIR TINY TOY DEPT. AND RELATED ITEMS, FAR LESS, NO COMPARISON, WITH THE EXTREME NUMBER OF UNIQUE ITEMS "TOYS R US " ALWAYS HAVE. RARETIES , AND SO MUCH MORE....ANY SPECIAL COUPONS??

Last night I was all set to write a raving review of store 6331. I had called the store in advance yesterday on my sons birthday. He had gotten several 2ds games and went to use his game but it would not respond. I called store #6331 and spoke to a very nice young lady. She was beyond helpful and I didnt get her name (my mistake) I have her the product number and order number...she looked everything up from my original order. No problem we have 4 in stock come in tomorrow and it will be at the front desk. I asked if I needed to bring anything, nope just come in and it will be here. Are you sure? Its that easy? No problem? Nope, no problem she said. She took my phone number and name and said she would call if there were any problems or issues. Today, I went to pick up the 2ds for my son and it was the worst experience ever! First of all the manager Chris, was rude and snarky. She was not nice at all. Told me that the manager last night did not authorize the exchange, there was no record of the call from last night. Doesnt know who I could have spoken to.... (made me feel like she was accusing me of lying) I even showed her my cell phone to prove I spoke to someone at the store last night, the time and duration of the call, but that meant nothing. Dont know who I could have spoken to, nobody at the store would give you that information...(again I felt like she was accusing me of lying) I am sorry there is nothing we can do for you. Doesnt toys r us stand by what their employees tell their customers? No was her response. Not when they say something wrong was her response...ok so I came from New paltz to Poughkeepsie for no reason? Yes you did, nothing we can do for you... Again what about the things your employees tell the customers when the information is wrong, how do you rectify the situation? We dont, this will be used as a training situation for our employees. Really? Lying and talking down and practically accusing your customer of lying....and this is used as a training situation...leaving an angry bitter taste in a consumers mouth.... Not a good move. I am so digusted with this store and this snarky manager. Lori

Very slow service, only 3 registers open during the holidays... Do not go here if you are on a time crunch. Front entrance always smells like urine, however they have a good product selection and friendly staff.

Been going here since the beginning of time - I like coming here cause its clean and an easy in and out. I wish they carried a LOT more in the electronics section.

Staff is very helpful, they dont give customers a difficult time doing price adjustments when identical toy is being sold online for less money.

We were in and out but the staff were friendly and what not. There was a gentleman who was talking with us about Radio Controlled cars.
