I go to this Starbucks location pretty often it is the closet Starbucks between my daughters school in Willingboro and my job. Some days I leave this Starbucks extremely happy. But the service and the drinks are very inconsistent. I dont understand why to be honest. I worked for Starbucks for 3 1/2 years and it is nothing like when I was employed there. Its like the Baristas dont care about how they make the drinks or how they respond when you informed them your drink order is wrong. The shift supervisor in this location has a serious attitude problem. Why cant I get whipped cream in my drink? Why must it be a liquid white substance like shake the canister where is the training at. Do they even train anymore and if you make a mistake or dont make it right just do it over dont role your eyes at me dont huff and puff dont whisper to your coworkers just Hear Empathize Apologize and Take ownership stop getting upset when I say its wrong. I dont get upset I dont yell I dont get disrespectful and yet I have to feel bad when I say my drink is wrong or I just leave and throw it away bc I dont want to deal with the attitude with some of the workers. I wish I could get the schedule of the workers that are so sweet that make my drink exactly the way I want and my breakfast. The manager should have a serious customer service sit down with the workers and remind them that this is your job. You choose to work at Starbucks just like I choose to get my coffee there. If you dont like to deal with customers than do not work there. Its a good job with good benefits and your getting paid I pay for my drinks and food and I should be able to get my drink made to order and my breakfast made to order. Stop the attitude stop making drinks wrong. Starbucks has a standard and everyone at this starbucks is not following it. Your mission is to provide customers with a happy experience with a delicious drink. So just keep this in mind. Thank you..

Never again will I go to this Starbucks. On Sunday November 22 2015 my mom and I went through the drive thru seeing how there was no one in line . We waited at least 10 minutes for the hippie dude to ring us up. Not once did he say Ill be right with you. He continued to take other customers orders who went through the drive thru. Finally he rings us up and hands us our grande egg nog lattes hot with no sleeves and no whip cream. Last I checked Starbucks advertises all their lattes with whip cream so why would the store decide not serve it that way? We ask the hippie dude at the window to fix our drinks. Then he rings us up wrong so another person comes to the window(us thinking it was the manager) asking what the problem was and after we explain the boy asks us to pull around front and come inside to talk to our manager. A girl who wasnt the manager but the shift leader refunded us our money and yes we got our drinks but the service at this Starbucks in horrible especially for not being the morning rush. Time for Starbucks to but up a coffee shop in Cinnaminson, NJ.

Seriously, how does this place have ANY good reviews? I go to many Starbucks in the area and in Philadelphia and this is by FAR the worst. Unfortunately, its also the closest to home so I keep coming back out of convenience. The staff is, for the most part, sullen teenagers. Service is incredibly slow... one morning it took me twenty minutes to get a regular coffee and a breakfast sandwich. They are also CONSTANTLY sold out of things and completely unapologetic about it. The drive thru is basically worthless, there are always at least 10 cars waiting and sticking out into the parking lot, which makes driving difficult. Just, ugh. When I first moved here 7 years ago this location was great and now I dread going here. Ill mostly drive out to Centerton Square. Someone please open another Starbucks in the Delran/Cinnaminson area!

I have been going here for a long time and the service has just gone down hill. Every time I stop by they get my order wrong. They are also unorganized so even though your drink requires only espresso and water the three people behind you in line with blended drinks will be served first. Avoid getting a breakfast sandwich here because they will throw it in the bag causing you to attempt to reconstruct it; loosing 1/2 your cheese to the bag.

Service here has so terrible now! theyve hired some new staff and everything takes forever! and when you coffee is ready youll never know because theyll never call your name even though they are very particular about taking your name down! Im giving them one star ONLY because the beverage was prepared and left for me collect after waiting in line for 10 minutes then another 10 minutes before i realized it was sitting there for me!

Great staff great drinks. To the couple of negative reviews: No, starbucks has never advertised whip cream on all their drinks. Yes if you see a drink sitting their and werent paying attention when they called your name its your fault. These guys are always very friendly and professional.

I stopped in this morning in a rush to get somewhere. While waiting for my order one of the employees said hi to me by name because she read it on the cup. Her smile and friendly attitude did more to build loyalty to this shop than any of the signs and logos on the wall.

Love the staff. Love the atmosphere. I wish the parking lot wasnt such a hassle though. Im a regular and am there twice a day most days, nothing can keep me from my Starbucks. The staff keeps me coming back even on a bad day. Its my happy place :)

Typical starbucks experience. Overpriced drinks and food with a decently friendly staff and a decently long awkward wait at the pick up section. I dont mean to sound too off putting, but most starbucks give off the same vibe.

I think theyve done an excellent job of decorating for the holidays. I frequent another Starbucks that is too busy to make the store look festive, so this store gets 5 stars from me! Stop by and see for yourself...

This place is awful. Waited here for like 20 mins for my iced red eye. The lady is complaining about cleaning to customers and they all seem to genuinely not care. Ill be going to another location now on.

Great service and friendly staff. Always willing to share a smile and laugh. Some of the customers that come in are a bit of grouches or rude, but that doesnt reflect on them.
