Im a regular here, and would second the good vibe and friendly staff. It can get pretty busy at certain times of day, so I strongly recommend using the Starbucks app to order ahead. I typically place my order this way and it is always ready by the time I arrive to pick it up - delivered as ordered without exception. Skipping the line is a wonderful perk, although if you have to stand in line, the wait is usually not too bad either. There is indoor and outdoor seating available. This is commonly taken by people with dogs, and since Pokemon Go but a pokestop within reach, the outdoor seating has been occupied more frequently (although this also means people like to lure the pokestop for the duration of their caffeination).

Having worked at a Starbucks many years ago, I respect the work that goes in to the service. This location is just down the street from me, and it has been my go to on any given walk. Only a few times has my iced coffee order been confused with iced tea.
