The staff, especially the manager, was very rude. Explained a coupon issue to me as if I was a child, though I had stated several times that I understood and wasnt giving them a hard time. When placing my order they gave me a difficult time about delivery--they said that I had to know for sure that the recipient would be home. Ive ordered from other Edible Arrangements locations many times in the past, and Ive never been told that they wont try the delivery unless the sender is positive the recipient will be home at a particular time--its usually supposed to be a surprise. This was my first and last time trying this location.
