The owner and her husband were so rude. They are lazy , they cant run that store without an extra hand because the two of them are the worse and their rudeness just cost them a good customer. The women snapped on me and banged her hand on the desk to get my attention to show me a product instead of saying excuse me miss etc. I am not a dog and am a human being. Her husband gave me an attitude prior to that when i asked about the whereabouts of a product. I wasnt going to wait for a strike three. They have all I need in this store, but because of that experience I will no longer step my foot in there again. I will drive the extra miles to search for another beauty supply store with good service.

I had a horrible experience in this beauty supply store. The owner of the store was unhelpful, unwelcoming and had a condescending tone when asked questions about her merchandise. This is not my first time shopping here, as a member of this community, and leaving with these same feelings. However, as a result of this experience, it will be my last.
