Not a lot of customers and that is because their olive bar looks worse than I would have at a picnic. Even containers are not there. When you say anything about things, the "its not my job" mentality applies. The worst is checking out, they do not help with bagging at all and even if another cashier is there doing nothing, they will watch and expect you as a customer to bag. The pros are no discount card to carry, but honestly this is about poor management guiding their employees. The one supervisor that works in the evenings during the week, an overweight white woman has an attitude and absolutely nobody I would have in management. The black woman that works in the deli during the same time frame around 8PM on weekdays at times is good. The food is pricey for the most part, fruit is OUTRAGEOUSLY priced, more then Wegmans even. The seafood man (white guy around 35-40) is nice and also a Spanish woman around 30 that sometimes works in seafood is nice. Little cohesion and really-get better management FAST. Im a white guy, and only mentioning race and age for identifying employees.

Not good. First and foremost is the issue they have with incredibly tiny aisles. You can barely fit one cart down the aisle, and when two people want to find some bread or olives at the same time, its a destruction derby. Just as bad is the situation at the deli. Completely incompetent, slow workers are there to fetch you old, stinky meat and cheese. This seems to be a problem with a lot of Acmes, this one included. Avoid. At least its pretty. Yes all the in the heart of Haddonfield, the old building has some classy comma turn-of-the-century charm to it. Unfortunately theres a big lack of charm on the inside. But hey, if you want frozen food thats months past its expiration date, take a chance here! Because thats the kind of thing youll find here all over.

This is a good size store and has a wide variety of products. They have a butcher shop and a seafood counter. They of course also have the usual Deli salad area and bakery. They also have a pharmacy. They recently have done a bunch of renovations making it easier to find things. They used to have a fairly decent-sized dollar Isle but after the reservations that seem to have gotten smaller. Theres plenty of parking and they have the handicap carts for those with Mobility problems.

Horrible customer service - and by a supervisor no less!! You would think since all their merchandise is twice the cost of the other supermarkets in the area, that they would use the money to help their employees feel good about their job. What a shame! So now Shoprite wins on price and service, and theyre building a new one in Lawnside so I hope to never have to go to this Acme again

The people that work here are horrible. I went to this location to get hot food for an office party and no one was in line, i placed my order and they told me they cant do it. As i begin to walk away a Caucasian lady placed an order bigger than mine with the same things i ordered just with extra add ons and they made it with no problem. Very racist, very lazy, horrible customer service.

They are so slow, trying to get something from the deli is an almost interminable task. Not only do they move exceedingly see low they cant stay on task. They forget what you ordered, they stop to have chats, they will stop slicing and go wrap up something they left out. It is like they are all stoned.

Its good for necessities. However Ive had bad experiences with freshness in the meat and seafood department. Selection is limited due to the smaller space, I guess. Checkout lines are generally long with no self checkout option.
