Unbelievable service. Worked with Garret and Ken. Everyone was super friendly and personable. I was trying to rent a boat to go rowing with my 3 year old and Garret went above and beyond to make sure that we were safe and had a good time. Garret took the time to launch a boat for us off season. He brought a boat that he thought was a good fit to the launch specially for us. He made sure that we had everything that we needed. When our hour rental was almost up he canoed to us on the lake to make sure that we were ok and didnt need help. After we returned to the dock he even tried catching some little fish for my daughter. Awesome guy. Great store. They have everything from fishing gear, boats, to guns and bows. Great place. Good prices.

Bought a handgun there last black Friday. Great staff, great price and NO BS!! None of the Holier-Than-Thou about guns or rifles and ammo. Great people trying to make people happy. No pressure from anyone! They let me put a deposit down and finish paying for handgun once the permit finally got in. Was in there today looking at an AR. Going back tomorrow for another price. I love shopping on the net but would really rather give Andover H&F the business. Again, great people!

Have been in there many a time, the staff is very knowledgeable on every thing. Cant find a friendlier bunch of people. They are always stacked with everything you need, if they dont have it they will get it for you within a few hours or a day or two.
