Full supporter of small businesses and especially in the great town of Rye. However the employee/management members dont understand the concept of customer service and common communication skills. Rented equipment and had a emergency in the water from current and was stranded on another beach far away. When walking back and facing a nearly drowning experience the employees neglected to show any concern or even interest in what has happened. Instead they ignored us and sent someone to get the boards and were incredibly rude when we asked if they needed help multiple times. COMPLETELY IGNORED. Just wish that people that work or own a store actually understand the concepts of business practice and ethics. Brainless morons.

I came here with a bunch of my friends and it was awesome. Clean counters, clean tables, and the chowder was incredible. Customer service was great. I would definitely come back here with my friends again. Perfect spot to stop in.
