Absolute worst customer service Ive experienced with any company. I ordered a couple of their products from a third party, and their shave soap seemed very off. I contacted the company directly to see if there had been problems with that particular soap in the past. They told me that they had had a couple bad batches and that I would get a new soap in the mail. Never showed. Contacted again, took many emails to get a reply and finally someone said the replacement would be on its way. Still nothing from them. Went through this process a couple times before I finally gave up. Waste of money if they are not going to back a product that they admit was faulty.

Agree with everyone here... TERRIBLE customer service, which is too bad because they have a great product. I used the free gift box code they sent via email when I ordered cologne for my husbands birthday. I never saw a confirmation of my gift box with my order and I was also trying to use the 10% off coupon they sent me after my order confirmation. I sent 6 emails over the course of 2 weeks to no avail. No response AND NO PRODUCT. The delivery finally arrived, WAY PAST my husbands birthday with NO GIFT BOX and NO RESPONSE FROM THE COMPANY. GET A FREAKING CUSTOMER SERVICE PHONE NUMBER PGS!

I have ordered the Hunting Camp soap for years. It has been hard to acquire due to the popularity so when I saw you have it again, I bought 20 bars... only its changed and is Not the same smell. I have old Bars to comprehend so it objective not subjective. Since no phone number exists I am resorting to this for help. I need to understand why it is still called Hunting camp and is definitely not. I was my money back or real original sent. 20 Bars is quite expensive to omit a detail Like this

Decent product. Terrible customer service. Terrible packaging. Three glass viles bouncing around against eachother with no padding between each.Product delivered with one broken bottle. Tried to contact them via email as they dont have a phone number. No response. Never again. Look elsewhere for products like these.

It might have taken a while but my order problems were resolved. I noticed their postings for hiring, so it seems they are trying to improve customer service in earnest which is good because their products are truly awesome.

I buy their soap, it works well. Very effective product. Had a problem with an order once and I got a free sampler of their cologne with my next order, which usually costs $25.
