I have shoped at this Wal-Mart at least once a week for the past 7 yrs, since i moved to the area. It is conveniently located, typically has everything i need, returns are easy and painless, and the prices( aside from the food) are generally lower than elsewhere. However, today when picking up a few things, I left feeling extremely aggravated and not wanting to make even one more trip to this location. Just about every aisle I went into had one or two carts filled with merchandise, which took up half of the space to get by. Accompanied with the merchandise were 2 to 4 employees kind of stocking the shelves but more so talking and not offering to move themself or the carts so that I could get by or better yet, get to what I needed to purchase. When not dealing with that, I was practically run over by an employee at just about every corner I turned. I even had an employee trying to rush by me but I was in her way. I could see her out of the corner of my eye. I finally stopped and looked at her. She apologized but still squeezed herself by me instead of waiting for me to get out of the way. Oh, and this is while she was in deep conversation with another employee. What I have not mentioned is that I had my children with me. While they are not babies, they are still young and it would have been respectful not to be on top of me and offer some assistance, or at least just make room for me and my children to get by. My daughter was holding on to the side of the cart and walking along with me. Because, once again, there was a huge cart filled with merchandise blocking the end of the aisle and only allowing just a cart to get thru, I had her move in front of me. I talked to her loud enough so that the employees standing there noticed us. One of the women moved the cart so we could squeeze through, barely. Oh and guess what she was doing? Yep, talking to another employee. I mentioned at the beginning of my rant that the prices are generally lower, except the food. I was trying to avoid going to more than place and thought I could pick up the few groceries I needed. Each item seemed really expensive to me so i decided i would make another stop at the grocery store instead. Sure enough, a large tub of butter was only 50 cents more than a very small tub at Walmart. This is just one example but the other items were the same. I could not get everything needed today and planned to make another trip early tomorrow on my way out of town for the weekend. I will find another Wal-Mart I can stop at on the way or maybe even another store with better business practice but I will not be going back to this location tomorrow. And Im not sure I will go back at all. Traveling the extra 15 mins to Salem seems worth it to me.

I wanted to exchange a bike helmet. Left the original purchase at the service counter. Picked out the same style different color. Carol at the service desk was extremely rude, because I didnt have the SKU for the product, I did have my recite, she made me go back to the bike dept to get a the original helmet with a SKU so she could complete the transaction... I had my recite she could of scanned! Very rude the entire time. I was purchasing more thing but I was so put off I changed my mind! Just so you know I have never complained about service before!

On 3-7-16 I went to plaistow walmart to buy a microwave in mean its pretty much the only place to go while I was there walmart was getting ready for inventory they had about 8-10 microwaves to choose from and about 7 of them were out of stock so I asked an employee to see if there where any in the back and after waiting 13 minutes he comes back and says ""Yea man were doing inventory we cant sell anything from the back " at this time Im done with walmart Ill give my money to target from now on

its walmart. Other than the pan handling dope heads looking for handouts in the parking lot, its walmart. It sure could use some more security in that area. A lack of organization, like any other walmart, and a few less than mature employees, (which should be addressed) its walmart. Soon to be the only store in America, if no one shops anywhere but here

Missing a few items Ive seen at other Walmarts, but for the most part well stocked. I went there on my way to the beach, got some chairs, towels, blankets, snacks. I was happy with the selection they had. Theyre right off 495, making them a good mid-point on the way to the beach in NH.

Cashiers think they know better than you when it comes to your form of payment and how it works. They dont know the difference between a debit and credit card and there are never enough registers or employees available for help!

I prefer smaller walmart over the super walmart so I like it here. Its always clean, fast service at the buy online pick up in store, clean bathrooms, and always well stocked.

I hate Walmarts corporate takeover of American shopping culture. Generating so much income, yet paying their staff so little. But Im not sure what we would do without it.

Ever been to a Wal-Mart? If you cant find it, youre SOL. Employees walk by you like you dont even exist. Keep looking and pack a lunch. Your search could last a while.

Its got most of the basic stuff of your average Walmart, but checking out will take an additional 25 minutes and nearly everyone who works there is incompetent

Usual walmart. Smaller food section decent craft area. Large electronics dept. Find what you would usually expect at a WAL-MART . This one has a subway.

This is a great store.I just happened to run into a couple unhappy workers this day.I wont let a few employees having a bad day ruin my Walmart experience.

Too small for a Wal-Mart , prices were higher than other Wal-Marts. Not a friendly environment the lady behind the service desk was very angry very rude.
