Horrible service. To get service had to wait 2 hours. Then when calling back to get help over the phone was told theyd call me back. They called back but as I wasnt able to pick up didnt leave a message. Then I called back and they had a bad connection so I asked if they could call me on my cell and they said no I had to call them. Seems like it isnt about helping customers over there but making things convenient for them. Still havent been able to get my glasses. Hoping I will be able to.

My husband and I have had nothing but positive experiences with both the optometrist at Costco and the staff at the desk. The optometrist is a true professional and has a warm and friendly approach to his patients. The desk staff is often very busy but always very friendly. They have never failed to contact us when our order arrives. Recently my frames broke and could not be repaired and they popped the lenses out and put them in a matching frame right then and there!
