4 stars only because the dummy who Im sure was trying to help told me the wrong date for a might release... I Deven knew the right date and he talked me out of it. However. This store is clean. Customer service is awesome. The check out people are nice even when your looking for certain things and being a pain. Only complaint I could have is the toy r us scanner to print coupons and such is all the way in the middle baby area. Which sounds okay but twice they have been broken and it takes a person from the front to fix or refill paper so it gets neglected. The staff over all is awesome. I get it its toys r us who cares right? Not true. There are toys that are hard to find and also ones people collect. Walmart destroys the package because they dont care. They make the same money but the people here make sure they dont over stack or smash the packages of things we collect. Nice of them.

This place is great!!!! It is superbly stocked with everything a child or adult could ever want. I frequently drive to here all the way from Henderson. Thats a 30 min drive!!!!! long story short Shop here! tHe toys are good and nutritient-rich. They keep the lead toys in the back (for if you want to poison a child) so the toys in front are safe! how wonderful. But be wary. There was an old man in front of the store walking around that resembled a pedophile. THough I couldnt be sure without asking him, I stayed away from him. You should too!!! the Way he moved was scary. I love ToysRUs!!!!!

Customer service mgr Jeff a. Very rude. I ran out of store crying after he yelled and belittled me. Never been so embarrassed in my life. I only followed instructions both him & his corporate office given on a recall. When youre driving north on 5th street, take the road on the right , after In and Out. You have to drive past Home Depot. Then youll see another shopping center. Its easy to see off the 215, but it is easily missed on 5th street. This is a very quiet Toys r Us and their selection is great! I always find gifts here for my nephews and nieces!

Great customer service! We had ordered a crib for $99, that ended up on the recall list for Toys R Us. The managers Chase and Flint were very helpful and ended up giving us a great deal on a beautiful crib for the inconvenience of not getting our original crib. They were so wonderful and we appreciate their willingness to work with us.

Although its a little out of the way, I love their selection of baby products and toys, the biggest of any other babys r us by far!! Not to mention its also a toys r us!! Love it! Staff is also very cool.
