The business practices here are unprofessional and unethical. I came in late on a Thursday night looking for a duffel bag and a sales person made an interesting recommendation of a style and color and I not before considered. Because time was short and I wanted to think over my purchase, I asked if the bag could be held until the next time the sales person and I could meet which was on Monday. When I called to arrange a time to come in and make the purchase, I was told another sales person had already sold the bag that was held under my name and phone number! This is totally classless. No legitimate luxury brand treats its customers this way. There was no explanation given to me as to why the bag was sold before the end of the day on which it was to be held for me. Because I reasonably thought the bag was waiting for me, I stopped looking for other alternatives for my trip out of town on Tuesday, so this has caused a major inconvenience. I did speak with the regional manager and give him credit for spending time to hear my concerns and address them to the extent he could. However, the same product was not made available for me to purchase and no offer of future discount or accommodation was made. I therefore have to advise everyone to stay away from this business. They disrespect their customers and do not keep their promises. This Canali Outlet cannot be trusted and will only end up wasting your time. I recommend going to Dunhill next door where the customer service and professionalism is far superior.

Viele Shops, aber auch ein paar bei denen man aufpassen muss. Wenn hinter einem Shop "Outlet" steht, würde ich empfehlen dort nichts zu kaufen. Speziell im Fall von Armani Outlet war es sehr deutlich dass die Produkte nicht die gleichen waren wie die in den normalen Shops. Ich hatte ein Kleid in der Hand, dass theoretisch um 90% von $2400 auf $240 reduziert war, aber von der Qualität war es maximal $24 Wert, also vorsichtig mit sog. "Outlet" Marken, die werden extra für die Outlets produziert und als mega Schnäppchen angegeben, sind es aber nicht. Andere Stores hatten gute Rabatte, allerdings sind die Outlet Center z.b. in New Jersey etwas besser (mehr Auswahl + keine Steuer)

* Suck and Poor security service * Please remove security camera if u cant access to see * Please train people more for service mind. Every shop is great except an information center and Security team is poor quality and lack of service mind. Dropped in to the restroom in information center around 8.45pm -9.00 Pm Monday 8 May 2017 next to Adidas shop. Unfortunately forgot what small Michale Kor purse bag in the women restroom. The office is almost close, maid is working to clean up in the information area. We just realized that we forgot it in the early morning May 9 and return back there. The information officer is quite helpful , call security to come out from office. But security guard team is absolutely useless, they just go back to check if any thing in their office. They have security camera but they dont have permit to access it . That s all they said. Not even show willing to find out the process to do it, or suggestion to submit this issue to anyone. Not even ask for our information, not even ask Maid who worked there last night. Nothing at all. Knowing that it is our own responsibility, and we accepted on what we lose. Already repurchased the new one after this such a worst assists.

BEWARE of SUNSET/SANDHILL ADS(Las Vegas) hide this posting beware of any and all ads placed with this heading, it is actually associated supply company and it is the biggest farse i have ever come accross. i have been in the marketing arena for a few decades and have never seen suchliars and thieves. they pull yo in at ten bucks an hour with the promise of working hard to gain stability within the company...NOT SO! once they get you comfortable, SCOTT then starts to manipulate your sales and giving them to his little girlfriends there. the verification unti is a joke and loyal to scott and the vultures that sit around waiting for you to give them a sale. these are the so called vetern closers that are to lazy to pick up a lead sheet so they burn the front and back line being decietful and dishonest. unless you just need to pick up some cash stay away because even the spiffs for sales made if they decide to buy lunch for themselves with it thats what they do.. 基本的に(ある程度高額の支払いは)、 ID(日本人ならパスポートなどの写真付"英語"の身分証明書)がないとクレジットカードを使わせてくれない店が多いのでご注意を。偽造や盗難事件がとーっても多いことの現れなのかもしれません。買い物目当てなら、丸一日いても時間がたりません。それだけ魅力的なショップが多く出店し、掘り出し物も数多いのがこのアウトレット。日によって、割引率が全然違うので要チェック。ランチにはぜひ、施設内にあるチーズケーキファクトリーで！施設隣接の無料駐車場あり(ただし若干歩きます)。

Revenez avec quelques kilos de fringues en plus. Faites attention aux franchises de bagages ! Cest un lieu de folies pour les serial shopper !!!! On y trouve de tout, de toute marque à prix très très très bas ! Guess, calvin Klein, converse, sketcher.... Impossible de tous les citer, mais une matinée dans un outlet cest une garde robe à la sortie pour presque rien ! A tirée didée, un tee shirt Guess à 8€....bref partez avec presque rien et rhabillez vous dans un outlet !!

The customer service is absolutely non-existent in this location. My wife and I went to the store looking for a gift and immediately notice 2 clerks are rather talking to themselves than helping us. My wife ask them for the size on the bracelet and they have no idea it comes in different sizes. After 10 minutes of silence treatment we decided to buy one item and get out. That one item (picture frame) only has one in inventory and the exterior box was broken. We asked for a new box and was told very rudely NO. No explanation or apology, just an atitude of buy it or get out. I asked the clerk what kind of customer service training has she being through and she gave me the deer in the headlight look, or maybe just her bimboness. We will never go to this sore again! BTW, we ended up went to the retail store and paid full price for it. Much much better and pleasant experience!!!

Fui aos 2 Outlets, o do Sul e este do Norte e embora este seja um Outlet a céu aberto, ao contrário do South, é bem tranquilo e fácil de andar e tem maior e melhor número de lojas e marcas conhecidas. Pra quem está ligado na mania "cupon de descontos" dos americanos, não esqueçam de se cadastrar antecipadamente no Site dos Outlets para receber emails com mais descontos além dos oferecidos nas lojas. Vale a pena!

riesiges Outlet-Center, mit einer schier nicht enden wollenden Anzahl an Läden. Es sind so ziemlich alles Designer und Sportlabel vertreten. Es lassen sich viele Schnäppchen machen. Auch für das leibliche Wohl ist gesorgt. Einziger Nachteil aus meiner Sicht: Die einzelnen Läden befinden sich nicht unter einem kompletten klimatisierten Dach. Man muss also jedes Mal wieder raus in die starke Hitze !

Grande complesso di Outlets con moltissimi brands. Ulteriormente esteso con aperture di nuovi negozi. Attenzione perché alcuni negozi (non di abbigliamento) applicano prezzi di listino scontati del 15-20% e pertanto si possono trovare gli stessi prodotti altrove a prezzi più bassi. Il nuovo ristorante della catena The Cheesecake Factory merita senzaltro una visita se siete li allora di pranzo o di cena.

Das bessere der beiden Vegas-Outlets, etwas weniger Geschäfte und Auswahl als im südlichen Outlet, aber die wesentlichen Marken sind in beiden vorhanden, Zeit sollte man mitbringen, und in den Geschäften sich ggf. auch noch einmal das Rabatt-Modell erklären lassen, da die reduzierten Preise nicht angezeigt werden. Insgesamt soweit OK, und ja, es gibt Schnäppchen
