The Grand Canal Shoppes at Venetian/Palazzo is quite pretty during the holidays when they put up festive decorations. Nice place to take pictures, it’s a lovely stroll along the canal. But the restrooms are a little hard to find and not easily accessible if you’re in a time crunch (dock a star). Free attractions by St. Mark’s Square: STREETMOSPHERE – noon-6pm on the hour, except 3pm, performed by singers, actors, and musicians LIVING STATUE – on display 10am-6pm – performer poses as marble statues for guests to take pictures with (tips encouraged), amazing how long they stand their motionless for a long time Gondola Ride: Reservation must be made in person, usually see a long line on weekends. Rates are $21 per person for shared gondola (seats 4) or $84 for private gondola (for 2).

Very nice place with many shops and restaurants around the impression channel formed as if you were in abroad somewhere in Europe Venice ... One of the best parts of Las Vegas. This is a great list of stores sitting in a very well designed setting. The fake sky is done just right, making it feel like youre outside. There are often jugglers, opera singers, and other performers - combine that with the gondolas going by and they do a great job at really making you feel like youre walking the streets of old Venice, many, many years ago. Stores range from mid-price to high-price point, and the staff in all that Ive interacted with have been very, very nice. Keep a look out for small contests/user surveys they have while you walk around. You can often get discounts and gift cards if you participate. If youre looking to kill some time, watch people in Gondolas and shop, then hit the Grand Canal Shoppes!

When you look at the outside of Venetian, you think, wow, this place is beautiful. You dont think of cheap and nasty. You think of opulence, luxury, stuff fit for ancient Venetian merchants, not a slave. When you go to the Shoppes, expect the same, luxury and opulence. Do not be shocked that a billion dollar hotel/casino has a shopping arcade, that caters for the wealthy. If you want cheap, go to the Premium Outlets, or Fashion Show Mall. Venetian is fit for a Caesar, not a weener. If you want Dior, Guci, Armani, Coach, Rolex, etc, the fine brands, this is the place along with the Forum Shops. Two of the most luxurious hotels in the world, with some of the most luxurious brands, do not be surprised at anything.

Im not one who would normally rate ANY shopping experience a 5 star but I can easily say when it comes to shops this mall is one of the, if not THE nicest, shops along the strip!! Whether your here to shop or your simply walking through to window shop, youll find yourself doing so much more! Its an experience to say the least. Truly reflects real world Venice (except for the water here is crystalline clean). A great assortment of mid to high end stores with plenty of bars to sit, rest, and rejuvenate yourself! A lot of worthy restaurants throughout the Canals. Truly an experience all on its own. And of course you have the Venetian Casino right next door!!

This is a marketing campaign in the shape of a mall. None of the stores ever have people in them. None of the items are purchasable for less than the price of a new BMW. These shops are simply marketing offices. People come, they see all these fancy brands and they build associations. Its an amazing place. If you are one of the 87 people who control 90% of the wealth in the world, go here and shop. Otherwise, go here and look at the pretty things. Its a family outing closer to going to a zoo than going to a mall.

The Grand Canal Shops are awesome. What a wonderful experience. There are so many shops and they are all worth exploring. The canals are beautiful, gondolas floating by, with the tourists being serenaded. Just like Venice only cleaner :P Theres even a mini St Marks Square, but unfortunately no replica of Caffe Florian with their amazing coffees. Dont expect to get decent coffee in the mini St Marks Square. Next time Im in Las Vegas Ill definitely visit the Grand Canal Shops again.

Perhaps one of, if not, the best designed shopping malls in Vegas. Ever seen a real canal running through a shopping mall? One that you can even take a ride through? Theyve got that here, and that aspect coordinates well with the designs of the storefronts and the mall itself. Youll feel like youre in another country. Plenty of restaurants and shops to explore and very massive in scope, two levels worth. Accessibility to surrounding hotels and Las Vegas Blvd. is great as well.

Venezia è unica! Qui hanno fatto un ottimo lavoro di riproduzione con tanto di canale al 1"piano di un hotel. Vi sono numerosi negozi di prestigio, molto spesso solo da guardare per via dei prezzi, comunque sia da non perdere.

A unique shopping experience complete with singing gondola rides, boutiques and up scale stores and plenty of food options. Although it is always crowded here, this is a great place to visit while in Las Vegas. We really enjoyed our gondola ride and our guide sang to us. There was a long wait, however, to get on the gondola, but it was still fun. We enjoyed just walking around the shoppes and exploring the area.

Keeping with the theme perfectly, the canals and gondolas add to the Venice feel that has been replicated so well with the styling of the shops and the ceiling paint /lighting. It is often easy to forget that you are actually inside a hotel and on the first floor no less. If you like premium labels you are well served here but even if you arent it is a great place to visit and grab a bite at the very least.

This is the place to go to experience the most elegant side of Las Vegas. We enjoyed walking beside the canal and watching the gondolas. It is a beautiful area. As you walk through to the adjacent hotel, there is a stunning painted ceiling and some amazing displays. Unless you have a lot of spending money though, its best to window shop! We did buy chocolates and ice cream, howeve, which were delicious.
