My first impression wasnt a good one. Its a typical buy-here-pay-here off of 24th and L. The guys who own it are unprofessional and rude. They lounge around in their office chairs wearing jeans and not really caring who walks in the door. But a friend had purchased a couple vehicles from them and so did his brother, so I assumed they would be decent. In my opinion the vehicles are over-priced and not that great of quality. Cosmetics are decent, but the rest is questionable. After finalizng paperwork to purchase the car, it was sent to a garage to be cleaned and detailed. During this time another car had backed up into it, leaving the back panel cracked and a tail light broken. Instead of just fixing it, they took some off the price off the car (not enough to have it professionally repaired). One guy allowed for bi-weekly payments and the other was more lenient and allowed monthly, so when a payment is due is unclear. The car can be repossessed after missing one payment (or 2 weeks late, even though they allow monthly). For my friend, they claimed to have called, but the number a) wasnt in the system or b) it was disconnected. He had bought two cars from them and they see him on a regular basis, but didnt have his number; meanwhile they knew where he worked so they could pick the car up. If you want a good value for your money and actual customer service, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere.

These people are horrible!!! I came here and payed down on a car and gave them automatic payment info. They repossessed my car without any notification that my there was a problem with my account information. Had they contacted me to let me know something was wrong I wouldve made arrangements to fix the issues, I have 3 kids was in a domestic violence situation in shelter and they took my car off the domestic violence parking lot, which caused me to lose my job because I dont know anyone here in Omaha as I only moved here to marry. I had cash and went up there and offered pay what he said I was behind even though I was unaware they had any issues because no one called I thought I was making payments on time because I had given them permission to go into my account and take thier payments. But he said no I was only behind about 200 which I had in had but he said I needed to pay close to 600 to get my car back. I only had the car 32 days and just payed 500 down payment. I feel like I got robbed! This is how they do hard working single mothers trying to get back on thier feet after their family was destroyed by domestic violence. Do not put money in these peoples hands they will come back and repo for no reason to get you of more money and then if you want to been they will charge you round another down payment to get it.

Love This Place..I am Getting Ready To Purchase My Third Vehicle From Them..They Are Not Like Wolfsons or any other car lot that wants a huge down payment and then it doesnt go towards the price of the vehicle. Any money that you put down actually comes off the price of the vehicle. And They Give You Awesome Monthly Payments or Bi-Weekly Payments. Also If Your Vehicle Breaks Down...They Will Fix The Problem Or Help You Get Another One.

They r horrible bought a truck they said has been checked out to a t. Two weeks later it snowed and I had no 4wd. Then in summer truck breaks down 2500 of codes were bad the turned off the service engine light. And they screwed me out of 200 bucks. Towed my vehicle then I find out I owe them 700 get real this place is for illegals and illegals only

This place awesome bit nice explorer it took a dump they fixed it then it took a poo again and they took it back write the loan off ! Where do they do this only here ! Then I could get half down on next! bot honda accord its great ! These ppl here nice as can be go here trust me two rides later reliable ppl and auto oooooosssssss
