This company use to be very good and I could get services, such as, glasses sent to a military base in a timely fashion. Not now. I started this process in June it is now the middle of August. . Wont go into details, but really if you can find another VSP provider I would go to them first. I also noticed less frames to pick from and the customer service is lacking. Leadership is the key here. The manager was easily upset and decided the best solution was to have me start over someplace else. While these glasses are not absolutely necessary, they did have some added features which would have made an eye condition a bit more tolerable. VSP now offers online services for ordering glasses and I have heard nothing but good recommendations on the customer care and ease at which you can select glasses. I think most of the opticians that work at AECA dont really check on what is going on with that section of their business. I do feel it is necessary to leave follow up messages with the Army and the Air Force through their better business process. We dont want this to happen to our solders or their families.

Ive been coming here for many years for contacts and glasses. Finished up with my annual exam and purchased contacts which went just fine. Next, I wanted to get some new glasses. The eyeglasses "area" almost seems like an entirely separate business. These employees must be on a different payroll or something because its really an entirely different experience. The employees literally walked right by me without any acknowledgement while I was standing there waiting for over 10 minutes checking out the frames. One lady walked right by me to her desk and I had to scoot out of her way so she could sit down but not a single person made any eye contact or said a single thing to me. After feeling ignored, I walked out. Needless to say, I will not be coming back there for glasses and wouldnt recommend them to anyone either. There are plenty of other places in town that would appreciate my business.

My 4 year old son was referred to them from the school nurse. We were very nervous but they staff and doctor were great with him. I would highly recommend them. Also the staff who helped pick out glasses were patient and great. They didnt have small enough frames for him and they order some more samples. When they came in they sat with him and helped us pick the best pair.

Ive going to Advanced Eyecare Associates for over 20 years and am extremely happy with my exams by Dr. Kimball. I like that they use the latest exam equipment and technology. They have an amazing selection of glasses! Everyone who works there is always very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this business.

I took my 6 year old to Dr. Fink and she was wonderful with him! There was no wait time, The Optitions were quick and on their feet and made my little guy feel like he matter. I would go back and have recommended Advanced EyeCare to everyone!

Exam was great. Getting glasses never happened. Kept waiting and check if glasses arrived, but I dont think they were ever ordered. After 3 weeks, had them send me glasses prescription and am looking elsewhere

Efficient and Friendly It can seem a bit overwhelming as they lead you from room to room for your exam, but it has always been very efficient with very little waiting. My Dr, Jody Fink, is great.

Not a very good experience. The girl who helped us find glasses was vague and quite rude. The wait was so long and they had forgot we were there!! Wouldnt recommend this place.

Great selection of frames. Knowledgeable, helpful, and caring staff. Very little wait times. my only criticism is they are not open in the evenings.
