I showed up for an appointment with Dr. Weisman and he wasnt there. Not only was he not there, he did not even know he had a patient that morning. We live 40 minutes away from Park Mall. His salesperson said she was sorry, but her voice lacked a certain sincereity. It was more like, "Oh well, what do you expect me to do about it". I work for a doctor here in town and we would NEVER treat a patient like this. Nobody has called from his office to apologize or see if I want to reschedule. I am not happy with the glasses I just paid over $500 for, but I will be going elsewhere for glaucoma testing and eyecare.

The doctor was completely professional and efficient. His sales staff was not. If you want someone to sell you eyeglass frames like a used car salesman then this is your place. They even made me sign a "waiver" stating that I was intentionally damaging my eyes by not purchasing glasses. They didnt want to give me a copy of my prescription either. Probably cause they knew Id walk down to lenscrafters and get my glasses for less than a $1000. What a joke.

The Gm Kelly saved me from a huge headache when another store botched up my pair of ray bans that I had bought from Optical Image. She offered me the same pricing for the lens as the other store and exchanged the original botched ray bans for new ones with prescriptions. What was a very annoying situation was reconciled thank you for your help!

I went to Optical Image during my four years at U of A. Every time I was there, I had a wonderful customer service experience. The staff is friendly and accommodating. Dr. Weisman is kind and helpful when it comes to selecting glasses and contact lenses. I would definitely recommend trying Optical Image for your next eye appointment!

Friendly staff and great service. I had a problem almost a year after purchase and they replaced my lenses for free. They also worked an awesome deal for me with my insurance plan. I wouldnt go anywhere else in Tucson.
