Love ACE Hardware: Tonight I was from the parking lot to store in 30 seconds, spent about a minute searching for an unusual little faster, an employee approached me to help and took me directly to what I needed in another section, wrote out the slip for cashier and asked what else he could help me with. On the short trip back to the front of store another employee asked if he could help. When I said no, but thanks he bid me a good evening and was off to help the next customer. Folks, this is what convenience and customer service is all about.

This ACE has the friendliest staff and they care about our community too! Over 40 parkway summer school students will have a beautiful plant to put in their ceramic planter made during summer school. In addition they donated vegetable plants to my church VBS where even more younger children 5-11 yrs old will enjoy the bounty! Thanks again Joe for making little moments for our community kids. Makes me so happy to be a customer of your store.

I really enjoy the old school service that Brandt & Sons Ace has, but it comes with a cost. An $8.99 item at Home Depot/Lowes will most likely cost $11.99 at Ace unless you catch one of their sales. Additionally, the selection is limited and youll probably run into a lot of house brands. If youre willing to spend a little extra knowing it will go into local pockets, then this is your store.

Super helpful. They have whiffle ball. Simply the Best, great selection and service, and parking! I go there for all of my needs. Its kinda like cheers, but in hardware store form. There prices are very reasonable also. I once made this whiffle ball strike zone, and I hung out in the store in the PVC pipe section for like two hours, they were all so cool and helpful.

I tried to buy loose grass seed. There was no scoop. There was no sign saying I had to buy in one pound increments. I went to the register with 8 ounces. The cashier said she couldnt do that. Her solution: charge me for 16 ounces instead of 8. She called for backup. No help. Apparently simple math is too hard for them. Thats okay, Home Depot appreciates my business.

Super friendly and knowledgeable staff. The staff is more than happy to take you to the correct aisle and help you solve whatever problem you have. I have had more than one occasion where I have showed up right at closing, but they still let me in to quickly grab what I needed. Free popcorn at the entrenchment as well!

Very poor customer service. They advertise things as in stock but when you go to the store they are out of stock. I very rarely ever found what I was looking for so I quit going. Owners live in new York and could care less about customer service. This is simply a side business that they couldnt care less about.

This is my neighborhood hardware store. The service is always EXCELLENT and the kids love the complimentary popcorn. Prices are bit more than big box. Excellent service, larger than expected selection and thorough guidance make this store worth it. I will definitely continue to shop here.

Love this ace, the prices are not that competitive to the big box stores, but they are conveniently located. They also employ high school students and retired folks, I like that. Always friendly, always helpful. They treat you like theyve know you for years.

Prices are a bit higher than Lowes or Home Depot, but its vicinity to my home makes it convenient. The majority of the times I shop here, the store is understaffed for the number of customers and its hard finding someone to help you.

checking out can be very slow but this store has a lot more than you would think. its worth visiting out but dont try to make it quick or you will be disappointed...
