If I could give a negative experience I would! One year ago my husband stopped using the Liberty Walgreens because he dropped off his RX to be filled, when he went back to pick it up they said they had no record of any RX being dropped off. Needless to say they "lost or misplaced" the prescription. No apology and no one accepted responsibility. Basically acted like he was just out of luck- that maybe he was mistaken and didnt actually drop off the RX to begin with. Today January 17th 2017, the same pharmacy is looking to find out what happened to an RX I dropped off on 12/28/2016. I did not need it filled that day, I told them I would call for it to be filled when I needed it. Last week 1/12/17 I called to have it filled and guess what!!?? They have NO record I dropped it off..... I just spoke to the Pharmacist Martin, who told me he would call me back after looking for it. I guess maybe itll pop up? I asked him if a staff member is filling them for personal use?? He said no, but it is very odd. If you are needing a professional trustworthy dependable reliable pharmacy that doesnt lose your prescriptions!! DO NOT USE THE LIBERTY MO 24HR PHARMACY. THEY ARE A JOKE AND SHOULD BE INVESTIGATED! You have been warned

After sitting in the line for 10 minutes at the pharmacy drive-through I had the pharmacist tell me that my prescription was not going to be ready for another 30 minutes. 50 minutes later I return to sit in line for another 20 minutes for the pharmacist to ignore me and help the car next to me who has been there for two minutes. After another 10 minutes of waiting for her to help the other car she tells me that they are completely out of the prescription that I need and that they wont have any until the next week. I am very disappointed that I drove all the way to liberty from Excelsior to waste two hours waiting on a prescription that they did not even have which they could have told me about the first time that I was there.

The WORST customer service. I couldnt even reach the APRN who prescribed me an antibiotic that wasnt working. Instead I was told by a snobby customer service rep just to go to urgent care because they cant prescribe me another antibiotic. After I explained to her I dont have insurance and cant afford that she just blew me off and wouldnt connect me to the APRN. I have never had a problem with any other urgent care or CVS minute clinic prescribing a different antibiotic over the phone. I wish there was a lower rating and I WILL NEVER give my business to Walgreens again. They truly do not care about you or anyone. So glad I wasted my time and money on this joke of a clinic.

Ive had nothing but PROBLEMS with this walgreens. Im in the system at any Walgreens, and have no issues picking up prescriptions. But here Ive had nothing but issues. They obviously need to get staff that can listen and know what the hell theyre doing. I needed to get my birth control, had it filled at another Walgreens before, since Im in the system. But here, they didnt understand that concept. I will be going to a different Walgreens and dont recommend this one to anyone.

So I came into the store because the drive thru was packed. After waiting to be helped for 20 min, I gave the pharmacy my script for my 5 month old babys meds. They told me it would be an hour. I came back an hour and a half later to be told that they were out of stock... could you not tell that to me to begin with rather than waiting two hours to get meds you dont even have??!! I will never be back to this Walgreens again

Their specials are confusing, and the layout pretty awful. But the 24/7 pharmacy is a godsend when you really need it. Hence the four stars. I dont buy the aisles and aisles of seasonal and/or "As Seen On TV" crapola theyre selling. Maybe a soda or a gallon of milk if Im shopping for someone late at night who is very, very ill. You pay for that convenience of not having to make another stop, and thats ok.

This is the WORST Walgreens Ive ever been to. The people are rude and very unprofessional that work in the pharmacy. The last time I came here, I swore Id never come back and I did and it was a HUGE mistake. This Walgreens is terrible and needs new management badly. If I could rate this walgreens 0 stars, I would. This place is a COMPLETE JOKE!!!!!!!!!!!!

I get called to pick up my prescription and then I go there and they dont even have it in stock. I spent 30 minutes waiting in the Drive-Thru before I decided to walk inside. This happens to me every time I go there. I am done going to Walgreens for my prescription it is just not worth it.

The pharmacy is always incredibly slow. Always a line and it moves slowly. Front of the store staff is very nice but the pharmacy staff is lackadaisical. They dont seem to care if they retain your business or not.

Pharmacy is beyond slow! I will say that if you have an issue that they always handle it promptly. My medication is always in stock as well!
