Offering deals to get 5 star reviews before you even get your work. If you leave a legit bad review the owner John Burke will get on his personal facebook and threaten people and berate them. Never once did him he offer people to fix thier mistakes he just blamed every customer they come across. His wife did offer to repierce but then blames the customer for a piercing that is bruising. Many people have had infected tattoos within hours of work being done The owner has prevented people from giving reviews on thier facebook because they cant handle any form of truth. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!! They lack customer service to its entierty. Many employees have suffered back lash for quiting. This place is highly unprofessional in every way.

My bestfriend and I went for some piercings late on a Saturday night and wow wow wow everyone was friendly and so helpful and the ladie who did our piercings was amazing and gental and quick! :) i would recommend this shop to anyone i have lots of piercing and tattoos so its hard to find a place that makes ya feel so comfortable with everything lilw these guys did! And the receptionist was amazing nice he noticed my friend was a bit light headed after our piercings and he got her water an wet rag an made sure we got to our car fine! So again Ill say this was an amazing place to go and I would recommend it to anyone clean fast friendly and talented what more could you ask for!!!!

First went here 3 years ago. The piercer was able to find the hole in my tongue from many years previous to that and re opened it. was very clean. Followed my artist to the shop a few months back, and all the artists there do wonderful work. It is a nice clean shop with a nice atmosphere. they treat the clients well and are good at keeping them calm. Kenny is my artist, been with him for over a year. He does amazing work. The prices are very reasonable and the work sticks well. Even after a year my ink is still bright as if it was just put on. They have a nice variety of artists that do a variety of styles. Highly recommend this shop.

Jj was absolutely terrible. First off, he is so heavy handed, my tat is scarred and raised. I paid 200 for an out line that was terrible. Second, I went in for my next appointment, the shading, and he had to redo the outline. I didnt even get my shading done. So I ended up paying another 200 for something I didnt even get. And lastly, he is rude, vulgar, and looks dirty. I was afraid of getting an infection. The only reason I gave it a higher rating is because when I went to get my septum pierced, the lady was calm, collective, sweet and professional. I would recommend get to g pierced here, but not tatted.

If I could give a zero I would. Very unprofessional, had small children and babies in the lobby and in the back were you get tattooed and pierced. Was told 20min. Waited 40min, then the tattoo artist tells me he had someone else coming who made a deposit for a spot but still were not there. I had to.waot for them to get there then he see who has the smaller tattoo and see who would be done first. I ended up leaving, called back to explained I was upset about it and was told sorry you felt that way. I will calling to report the under age people behind the counter were they do the piercing and tattoos.

The owner treats his employees worse than garbage I do not recommend anybody starting out or experienced being interested in trying to work there the place is not properly ran it has wooden countertops it has a roach problem I have tattooed by generator in there before with no power the piercer is really good I was there for a year and a half and it was the worst experience of my life I would never go back there for anything and I tell everybody to go to other places the owner is all about his money and nothing else he will cuss you out in front of Customer or anybody else that is around

I got a tattoo here from Marvin. He seems very passionate about his work and he did an amazing job on my tattoo! I want to say after reading these reviews that the atmosphere was right. To the people bringing children and expecting them to be "professional" thats a lot of BS. First of all, you are in a tattoo parlor. You should be respectful of their space. Second of all, dont bring your kids if they cant handle an adult rated atmosphere. They were all super chill and nice in there and deserve mad creds.

I dont even live there but the world needs to know. John Burke, the owner, harasses and threatens his clients over a one star review that was supported by photo evidence as to why they gave one star. They blocked reviews on their Facebook page so ratings would stop dropping. He even asked his regular Facebook friends to give 5 star reviews before blocking reviews. People have gotten many infections there in addition to horrible service. DONT. GO.

First I shouldve walked out went the price went from $20 over the phone to $50. I had a VCH repierced and it fell out less than a week later, I never had a problem with my jewelry before, actually it was screwed so tight that I had to have the nurse remove it before surgery. I called back to shop and the basically told me since it was the weekend screw you, they dont do change out on the weekend. Go somewhere else.

I just got a dermal piercing on my chest & next to my eye just 3days ago and I Love it :)) both are healing right so far with no problems. If it wasnt so painfully I would get 2more on my chest but I dont think I can handle the pain again. She took her time and was patient with me when I kept changing the location of the marks. I recommend this shop to anyone looking for a dermal piercing she was great!!!

I recently got my nipples pierced on 09/24/2016. I got them pierced at the same time which was great. The two people who pierced my nipples were very professional and kind. They sanitized the area and pierced both my nipples at the exact same time. Before I could react to the pain it was done and over with. I recommend this place for those who want great/safe/professionally done piercings. -Montira

Have received personal threats from the owner over this review, saying that he would be knocking on my door, not only in private message but on my personal Facebook page. Do NOT support this business. I left this review in response to a friend being blocked for a one star review that was due to their terrible customer service. Very poor practice. Again, do NOT support this guy.

I wouldnt even give them one star! Terry did my moms tattoo its not anything close to what she asked for and the art is the worst around! Her tattoo is now badly infected and they wont refund her and they were very rude to her, we have made 2 attempts to get refunded but it hasnt happend. We even have paper work staying its infected! This place is junk!! Dont go there!
