Im giving two stars because their customer service has improved over the years but unfortately not enough for me to continue to be a customer or give five stars. First of all, when you walk in they immediately watch your every move. I understand that you have some people who steal & you have to watch out but its very rude when all Im simply doing is browsing and they nearly break their necks or go into a slight panic if I disappear behind a shelf. The owner stands behind the counter with his arms folded as if hes waiting for me to steal or waiting me for to decide to purchase or leave. It all makes me not even want to buy and most of the time I dont which is why I rarely come here anymore. Secondly, they price their products ridiculously high. The same hair gel they have priced for $6.99 is 3.99 OR LESS elsewhere, I dont get it. Thirdly, dont dont have a large selection. Most products I use on my hair today cant be found in this store which is an even bigger reason why I dont shop here any longer. They have a lot to improve before I ever come back as a regular customer.

I live in Independence and I drive all the way here to get all of my hair products and weave. It is definitely worth the drive. The owners and workers are very sweet and helpful and I love bringing my family and friends that havent been..they fall in love with this store. I recommend this place because they just might have everything youre looking for.

They are rude and they refuse to exchange anything even with an original receipt. The packages of human hair seem to not be as full...There are several stores to chose from, do not shop at this location....

Pricing is a little higher but the staff is very helpful and nice. Have the latest brands of hair and products. Also have other extras lashes, contacts, jewelry and clothes
