One of the few malls Ive been to in the last year or so that actually has people in it. This is the only place to find retailers like the Apple Store and other chains that have limited locations. That brings a lot of people to this center, along with great restaurants and pretty much every kind of store you would see in a mall. For the first time in a long time, I did see the empty store is an empty stalls in the food court on this visit. This is always been a mall that has been almost fall, and seeing these empty spaces certainly shows that the nationwide mall decline is hitting the small along with just about every other one in the country. All of that being said this is A great location to find almost anything you need. Beware, however, of the parking situation. There are garages that are easy to get lost in and very limited surface parking. As long as you know where your car is, youll be fine.

Guess what??? They are moving out of the mall and they are not even telling anyone. I went to the mall today just for Lane Bryant , planning on using my $25.00 off coupons, because I just spent hundreds of dollars the last few months. ? They are selling out , the store has next to nothing in it and they would not accept my coupons which expire 6/23. I have to go all the way to South County or Hampton in order to use the coupons.. The last few times that I was there they said that they would send me emails with upcoming sales and such. I received NOTHING. So I went through the aggravation of the malls garage under construction for absolutely NOTHING...

Rude security guard I wore the wrong shoes and didnt feel comfortable taking the escalator in them. Being unfamiliar with this mall, I couldnt find an elevator. I decided to try to take the escalator and took my shoes off. Then I decided against taking the escalator barefoot. As I put my shoes back on (they were off for at most 1 minute) I hear a security guard loudly tell me to "put your shoes back on!" I realize theres probably a rule against this. However I, a customer, was obviously having trouble with the escalator and he publicly embarrassed me when he could have: Offered to help me Pointed me to the elevator Approached me and quietly explained the policy

Construction has parking more screwed up than it ever has been. Speed bumps in the parking garage are ridiculous. Parking in some places can wind up requiring an incredibly long walk to get to your destination. I realize that individual stores are responsible for hiring and training employees, but aside from one "Hot Topic"- like store the employees were rude and would actually almost jog down aisles to avoid assisting. Management in one store came to the check out area I was in (which was running incredibly slowly) and started an entirely non-work-related conversation with the only two checkers there, delaying the checkout even further.

All stores we visited were great. Clean and polite EXCEPT Macys. The one sales associate in the womens dresses, Kim, was very rude. My daughter and I went to the dressing room which was full except for one room that was completely full of clothes. I picked up all the clothes and took out to bench at entrance of fitting rooms. When I got there, Kim, walked up and was extremely rude. I said these were in the only room that was open. She continued to be agitated. I was helping her with her job and she treated me very badly with her attitude. I think she needs a meeting letting her know how to treat customers.

Today I was phone browsing. And I came across a sprint girl with a pretty smile. She caught my attention and I spoke with her. She was the nicest sweetest girl Ive ever met in sales. I didnt buy a phone because I dont need a new one for another month. But when I do need one. I will definitely come get it off Tammy I believe hens me was. Hopefully she is single because she was pretty gorgeous. Js. She looks like she should come with wings or something. Anyway. If you need a phone. Go see Tammy. Maybe the future Mrs Hopkins lol

This is by far my favorite mall in STL. Its right off the highway so its convenient to get to, its clean and offers a lot of variety ! The food court is large and offers samples -- I always sample the chicken wrap and end up ordering that dang thing ! Of course you HAVE to take a pretzel from Auntie Annes pretzels home with you ! I personally dont like parking in the garage so I always park at the entrance to JC Penney and theres more than enough. After you leave hit up Five Guys Burger and Fries ! Man .. Im hungry !

I guess big malls are popular, but this one seemed a little too big and catering to a clientele with more money than sense. Came here to visit the apple store, where they were very happy to make an appointment for us to visit them in 90 minutes... We showed them our old broken ipods which they were happy to replace for us, if we paid for the new ones - no repair options, but we all knew that about apple anyhow, right?

Best mall in St. Louis. It looks and feels nice inside. They have a good variety of stores and food options. It contains the only Lego store (which is the reason I go there) and one of the only two Apple stores in St. Louis (if you are into that sort of thing). They have a great play area for kids as well. Parking can be a pain. I suggest just parking in the back to avoid the annoyance of dealing with the garage.

Its a decent mall. I really come for the food court. Mandalay chicken is by far my favorite food in St. Louis, and I often come here just for that. Other than that theres not a lot besides clothing stores. The barnes and nobles is fun to browse around and they do have a cookie place on the first floor that is amazing. I highly recommend going with a friend or two and getting in on the buy two get one free deals.

Огpомное здание с большим количеством разных магазинов. Можно просто прогуляться, купить себе что-то нибудь или купить подарки друзьям. Так же здесь есть кафе, ресторан и выбор кафе быстрого питания.

Came in last night to pick up my Apple Watch. Ended up walking around. Got stopped by a woman working at a kiosk selling face type products for dead skin. Was about $150+, I told her I was okay. She proceeded to tell me "If you dont care about your face thats disgusting and if thats your life choice than thats on you, Customers say theyll think about it and never come back" then clapped her hands in my face.

West County Center is conveniently located at 270 and Manchester, in the upscale municipality of Des Peres, Missouri. Therefore, it is a slightly better mall than some other area malls. It also has a Barnes & Noble bookstore and a parking garage, which is a plus. Other than that, it is a mall. It features a food court and a variety of stores, as you might expect. Perfect for the shopping enthusiast.
