I LOVE Marble Slab for one very important reason - unlimited mix-ins!!! Why get charged for every single ingredient at Cold Stone when you could come here and pay one flat price that included every single topping they offer? Also, they have a rewards club! This means free ice cream on your birthday and coupons throughout the year! The only downside about this location....it is in a mall, so it doesnt have that cozy feel that a small, free-standing ice cream joint would have. Instead, youre in a big, noisy food court. Also, I have had problems with freshness of the marshmallows and brownies. But what else would you expect from a mall food court? If youre looking for awesome ice cream thats not in a food court, I would recommend Jillys Ice Cream. Its local and its crazy-amazing!

Their prices are ridiculous and they removed the mini cup of ice cream only to charge excessively. I asked Alena for chocolate chip and the worker made me chocolate ice cream instead and blamed her error on me. Cashier Carla was very resistant as if she didnt want to touch me in exchange for my receipt and card payment. My ice was melted, Im extremely dissatisfied.

Just changed owners, new owner is not on top of things. Ordered my birthday cake 2 weeks in advance, got there on my birthday and they didnt have my cake. The owner wouldnt even talk to us, so I found him and confronted him about it and all he did was deflect and say it wasnt his fault. If you want a birthday cake and no headaches, go somewhere else.

I take my siblings here all the time they love it. To the very rude ad over dramatic lady under this comment i was getting ice cream at the same time and the little girl carla shes complaining about had only worked there for 2 hours and the manager aleana was very nice shes just mad she didnt get a free icecream

I ordered a cake from here for my nephew and the cake looked horrible.... the ice cream flavor was wrong. the writing was sloppily written they only gave me $5 off a $40 cake. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE ..... just go to Wal-Mart theyll do so much better
