Lauren Thomson Fitting Specialist was OUTSTANDING!!! :) Seriously. When I walked through the front door and seen the ticket machine with a sign saying "take a number, and someone will be right with you." I thought to myself, these guys are serious. Well, I had the pleasure of Lauren giving my very first experience with New Balance a joyful experience. She is extremely knowledgable of your product, and can answer any questions without hesitation. I was uncomfortable with the whole thing of exposing my bare feet, but Lauren really made feel ok about it, and it was all good. I like to have fun, and we really clicked with our senses of humor. It told me this gal likes what she does. :) The scanning of the feet was pretty cool, and it taught me about my feet, and what type of shoe is going to get rid of daily pain I experience. Lauren was very thorough with explaining everything to me and made sure I understood. I give her 5 stars! I have a wonderful new pair of shoes that I wish I could sleep in! I purchased the WR1080BC. First time in my life I have ever spent that much on a pair of shoes, but I have a good feeling it was worth it. I have never heard one bad thing about your shoes, and I think once you wear New Balance, you cant wear anything else. Thank you, and I am sure you have a lifetime customer. :)

To New Balance StL: I have purchased all the stuff you can buy on TV and at your local drug store. I realize I have wasted so much money but now it is worth it because I have found a solution that I have been seeking for years. GO TO NB St. Louis. First, the friendly greeting which I never get anywhere even when I come home from a long day at work :) Next, was a "Foot Scan" that helped me understand their ideas of what I should get for my feet. And Now, Complete Satisfaction!! This place is the real deal when it comes to helping people get what they need. Who would have thought that youre not supposed to use cotton socks (Not ME) buy their moisture wicking socks too...It truly is a treat!! Thanks for your hard work. Mike H.

Kurt Brown, District Manager, and the employees at the Creve Coeur store go above and beyond to help you with your shoe purchase. I ordered shoes over the phone Saturday (8/6) and received my shoe order on Monday (8/8). Not only was the shoes delivered on time as promised, but my order was exactly as purchased. I truly appreciate the quality of service that Kurt and the Creve Coeur team provide. I recommend them to my friends and family, which is the highest compliment I can give!

Lauren waited on me and noticed where my old, dingy pair of NB shoes were worn from use. Ive been wearing NB for twenty years now, and the same size for about the past ten, but she spotted that I would need to be bumped up from a 2E to a 4E in width. Sure enough, she was right. I was able to order my favorite pair of shoes in the new width from a Kansas branch and received them in no time flat. This place has an informed staff! Highly recommended.

I ended up returning my shoes because they were too big. They took them back and gave me a full refund without a receipt! (I was within the 30 day return period). Excellent customer service.

I needed to exchange some NB shoe inserts I received as a gift as they were one size too big, but because I didnt have the receipt they wouldnt let me do the exchange. Very frustrating.
