I was there today to try on boots and was disappointed because many wouldnt fit my calf. I was about to give up when Katie, a store employee, came over to help and she recommended a particular boot that was not a "wide calf" boot but it met my criteria and she said another client with larger calves had tried it and it had worked for her. She even sat on the floor and helped me lace it up so it fit just right. Without her suggestion, I would have never tried those boots. She was sweet and considerate and went out of her way to help and because of the "wide calf" boots she was personally wearing, I even decided to buy a second pair of the same ones she had! This was one of the most positive shopping experiences I have had in a while and I will definitely shop in that store again even though I live closer to the one in St Charles County.

The shoe selection at Famous is limited. Had great service at this location though. There was one lady who was very friendly and was e en trying to show one of my kids a different way to tie a double knot. The other lady checking us out was very patient as my wife had multiple coupons to use.
