The fact that an employee acted this way is unacceptable, however, you all need to stop slandering B&B as a whole just for the actions of one or a few employees. Its not the companies fault that someone in one store acted this way, and unless it is a common practice in that store, the rest of that store cannot be blamed for the actions of one welcoming employee. It makes you just as bad as that person who discriminated against the disabled children if you are discriminating against B&B as a whole for the actions of one person. Let the corrective action be taken on the person/people who were discriminatory, not the business. If you hate B&B, talk about the products you hate, not useless angry slander.

Its a freaking fragrance store, get off your high horse, nobody shops there anymore anyways. There are much better stores in that shopping center to visit without the bigotry and ignorance that comes from one or several employees at this store. How would you feel if you were in their positon? I guess it gives you a sense of pride to be a grown man working at a Bath and Body Works in the Mall. This whole store needs to get over themselves, especially the man who turned away those children while they were on assignment.

After I read how the employees here treat people with special needs, I wouldnt shop here if my life depended on it. One of the store responses was "too many people in the group"--there were 3 students and 1 teacher. Guess Id better not go shopping with my family anymore if 4 people create a crowd. First of all that action was cruel and discriminating. Shame! Second--the American Disabilities Act was violated. A very well publicized apology is in order!

I will not spend money at this store. They are rude and more worried about their bottom line than about how they treat people. See the post about the special education teacher and her students. Yes, they planned to purchased items, they didnt because they werent even ALLOWED in the store. I will be rethinking any spending at Bath and Body Works, and Im a really good customer to these stores in my area and online.
