The staff has always been super-friendly & nice, not to mention extremely helpful & quick to tend to customers needs. Although the store is small & things can get moved around during busy times/days (I.e. Black Friday), the employees do really well at keeping TONS of "to-die-for scents" that you can purchase in anything from an everyday candle to a butterfly-shaped, oil warmer for the outlet in SCRUMPTIOUS scents to soften the vibe @ work/home; or a little something age-refining to those lotions we all love;) even to a line of keychain handsanitizers (keychain color & sanitizer scent completely costomizable to you) that has spawn a new sorely craze!! All in all, I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE BATH & BODY WORKS!!!

This is not an outlet store. The sales and prices are the same as the other Bath & Body Works stores. Im not sure why its in an outlet mall.
