Went in earlier this morning looking for gifts to take back to the UK, I was chatting to the shop owner for over an hour, couldnt have been more polite and friendly, had no hesitation on offering a tip (which he politely refused) but I couldnt take no for an answer, great selection of gifts, absolute example, business in the UK should learn from from the top class customer service!
