Good prices, quality and selection. You can formally request them to carry new products. Lots of samples which is good if you are hungry or on the fence about a product. Good quality ready-made meals and take and bake section and a large alcohol section. The pharmacy (with a drive-through) is reliable and cheap. If you use the pharmacy you can also use the gas station at a discount, meaning your gas will be far cheaper than anywhere else. The employees also usually seem intelligent and friendly. Far more enjoyable than Walmart in every way. Also if you ask, they will sometimes send Lean Cuisines or ready-made and take and bake food with your prescriptions. You can get your prescription and dinner all at once and then fill up your cars if you want.

Almost every Hy Vee Ive ever been to is superb. But the people that work at the hot foods deli in this store really are rude and crude. All the other stores have hot food plate specials, I asked a couple of times what might be the plate special of the day and all they provided me with was brush offs like they were too busy to wait on a customer. Finally one young man pointed to a dinky sandwiches special sign and made a point to treat me like I was brain dead. So I showed him he was number one and walked out the store and thats it, not ever going to give them my hard earned money, no way.

I work in Belton and shop at this HyVee usually at least once a week during my lunch hour. I like to buy more natural/organic products, and they carry a good selection of these items in the store (including some of my favorite items, like the Old Home Foods Peanut Butter, Shatto milk, and the 32-ounce containers of Brown Cow cream-top yogurt). The employees are usually very friendly and helpful, and the front-end managers are really good about opening extra registers if the lines are getting long-ish. (I am generally always satisfied about the amount of time I have to wait in line.)

Love this HyVee, a little sad I moved farther away from it. Most employees are very nice, pleasant, and eager to help. I have encountered 1 or 2 disgruntled employees, but everyone else and the store make up for it. Great liquor and beer selection, love the gourmet cupcakes in the bakery, good meat selection, and in general just feel like prices are slightly better than Price Chopper on most things. I also like the fact that they have a natural / organic section and sell some more natural personal care products.

Their bakery is the worst the first time I visited in May I needed a name written on a premade cake and you wouldve thought I asked the lady to have a wedding cake done in <1 hr!! I ordered a birthday cake and they lost the order, I reordered it for the following weekend and they were going to make me wait 15 mins to complete it... the rest of the store is okay but there are certainly better Hyvees in the metro area!!! Drive a few extra miles for better service and selection

Great Pharmacy with amazing Staff willing to go the extra mile for there patients even going as far as to Find a Way to save me from going without medication by finding a program that took the price from $5k a week to "$5".!!! Yes u read that right, thats 5000 to 5..!!! Thank You So Much for being our Familys choice in Groceries and Always Our Choice In Pharmacies.!! Very clean. Friendly staff. The gas discounts for purchase of select items is so convenient and easy. I want to have to register on yet another site so my info can be sold. I want any savings I get to be reflected in pennies off the gallons of gas I purchase from only your gas stations. Its a clear and straightforward way of showing customers you care about not wasting their time and respect their intelligence and privacy.

I used to live right behind HyVee and got really spoiled by this store. They often have good deals that arent always advertised in their sale ads. Liquor selection is great - which my husband loved. In fall they order a lot of different pumpkin beers. Staff is mostly friendly and the place is tidy. Sometimes theres a funny smell when you walk in, but its not horrible. Also, best floral selection in town!!!

This is my go to spot for groceries. The people are always very helpful and the food is very fresh. There is a very good selection of odd ball things like ethnic foods and pickled okra. The prepared food is some of the best in town and they have a very good lunch. I know it seems a bit strange at first going to the grocery store for lunch but your like it and the price cant be beat.

Hy-Vee has become or go to grocery store. The Health Market is fantastic. We have ordered multiple cakes and they always taste great and look fantastic. The Dilusso meats in the deli are great, produce and the meat counter always have what Im looking for. The best thing is the employees, thatll go out of their way to help you every time.

Went in for fresh baked baguettes and they were perfect. Nearly all of the large containers of plain non-flavored yogurt were completely out of stock, however. Those that were left were pushed so far back on the top shelf that I would have had to climb onto the dairy case to reach them. So, we went elsewhere for that item.

Meat is usually not good often rotten ( you dont know until you get that odd gross taste after you cook it and try to eat it) bathrooms smell, lines are long, but much better than price chopper. Fruit is almost always rotten on bottom. They are always out of pop on sale.

Clean. Hours are awesome. Only down side is its a little more expensive than Price Chopper in my experience and the rewards program only works with Hy-Vee as opposed to Price Chopper whos rewards program can be used at Quick Trip where I prefer to get my gas.

Ive actually emailed the store for compliments and minor issues, and product suggestions, I always get a response, and at the store they are just as helpful as in the commercials. Also, they provide meals for the high school football team every season!

First visit to this store. Interacted with several employees and found everyone helpful and very friendly. Store was spotless (including restrooms) isles well marked, easy to find product. Fruit and veggies fresh and prices were competitive.

The employees dont know how to use there cash resisters. I got charged for a employ drink and a soap bar I didnt order. Got excuse after excuse why it was on there. I think the employ just wanted a free lunch. I will never shop there again.
