I had to wait in line for a very slow cashier to check out my three items. The woman across at the other cashier lane got out before me and she had about 20 items. My cashier was very talkative and friendly, which I appreciate, however, he was too talkative and slowed me down. In the meantime, my two kids took advantage of the situation to run around the store, being obnoxious. I was so irritated by the whole thing and the cashier seemed totally oblivious and confused by my irritation. Seriously, it took him about ten minutes just to check out three things because it took him forever to count change (while he was talking.) I have been reading other peoples reviews...do these managers even read the reviews?? You would think there would be some improvement in customer service at some point!

Been going here about 10 years. Every time I go in, they act as if theyve never seen me before. I hate going here, its so expensive and Ive had so many issues with their products. But what am I supposed to do when I live so far from the cities? If possible I only go to family dollar. At least there, they recognize me and treat me like a regular. I avoid Econo if I can. Rude workers, rotten food, expensive prices ($6 for a head of cauliflower?! $8 for a bunch of sad looking asparagus?!). I have 10+ years of customer service experience and I can tell you, this place needs a work over in all aspects, and badly.

Worst store ever employees are rude and incompatent of doing their job especially if you are on any type of benefits such as WIC they do not know how to run WIC vouchers and even told me boy a manager he wishes people who get WIC and abt would stop coming in and that brocolli is not allowed on a fresh fruit and vegetable voucher will instead drive to Glencoe

Obviously, a small-town grocery store is going to have fewer selections available than a larger store in a bigger city. However, there is a surprisingly wide variety of food items and other products available at this location. They also take requests for products they dont carry. Great customer service here - friendly and helpful employees.

I no longer live in Norwood but when I get a chance to go here its always a great experience, one of my favorite places to buy meat and soda they always have great deals and the deli is fantastic!

Rotten produce. Rotten discolored meat. Expired products including baby food. We had to return a rotisserie chicken because it was pink in the middle. Long lines, incompetent staff.

Nice place. Prices vary from expensive to cheap. A few items are low or out of stock. The lights in the refrigerated area are mostly out, so it was hard to read the products inside.

Clean enough with good selection. Cashier laughed at me for wearing a helmet and riding my bike to the grocery store exclaiming "ever heard of a car?!" Super.

Cashiers are under trained and argumentative, I get enough of that with my teenager at home. I will be going to Coborns and Mackenthuns from now on!

The meat and produce is rotten and gross, not to mention the prices and almost triple what they would be at Wal-Mart or cub foods...

Limited selection and prices tend to be higher than big chain grocery stores.
