Went to make a return at the customer service desk this afternoon and an older lady that was doing returns was beyond rude. She never greeted me, no hello, or anything of the sort which is imperitaive in customer service. I didnt have the card that I used to make the purchase and told her that I can go get it from the car (there was nobody waiting in line behind me). She sighs and swings her arm and says nevermind. When she finished the refund, no thank you or anything. No words except nevermind. Her actions, body language, and lack of friendly words prove this to be extremely unacceptable and you have lost a regular customer. If she hates her job and/or people that much, she needs to go elsewhere. I will take my business elsewhere.

Just terrible customer service. I asked for my payment to be split at the register as my husband was paying for certain items and me others. The 1st cashier had no idea how to do this task. Stood there saying uhhh, I dont know how. I said how about calling someone who does? A male comes over tells me to swipe and begins to tell the other cashier how to do this and what does the 2nd male do? Thats right charges me for the whole order. Incompetent cashiers are nearly intolerable. Also, No apology,other than oh we can fix it at the service desk. Clearly from the manager down to a cashier the store needs major training.

The most horrible experience I can ever think of in a Target store. The cashier refused to scan my BOGO free coupon for my Febreeze because she said it wasnt "fair" I was getting something for free. After she argued with me for mins SHE called the manager who agreed I had done nothing wrong and that my coupons were valid then she argues with her. #rude

This is a perfectly serviceable Target, always well stocked and with a friendly staff. The populist axiom holds true of being able to walk in expecting to buy one item and leave nearly bankrupt. Clean and bright, white and red, this place is exactly what you expect.

This store needs to learn when to restock shelves. They are always doing it at peak times. They also need to turn down the thermostat in the winter. Customers are wearing coats!!!! It is way to warm in this store and they could save on their energy bill.

Its close to my home. Staff are always helpful. I even asked one staff where to find the food items and after I located the item. The same staff asked if I found it as I walked by her which she remember me 15 minutes earlier.

Target is selling Iams dog food that is older than other stores. At premiume price. All the coupons that come in the bags are expired. At the time of purchase. Disingenuous!!!!!!!!!

You can never go wrong with a West County Target. Although this Target is not nearly as big as the one in Town and Country. But it is clean and friendly.
