I brought in a phone case that I wasnt happy with. I had purchased it at the Gravois Bluffs Fenton, Mo location. So, I walked in and explained to the nice lady at the register why I wasnt happy with it (Aux. Wire & Charger wouldnt fit thru the holes in the case). She let me swap it for another one...no receipt or anything. Surprised me! Tho I Was grateful!

The store was well organized and the employees were efficient and willing to help. The selection was the usual eclectic mix of some really good deals. If you want some funny t-shirts, this is your place.

I like Five Below but the staff are not always present and knowledgeable. However, there are always tons of items, great price, (of course) and its clean and well organized.
