Today, May 14th, I walked into Discount Tires prepared to put some brand new low grade tires on my 2013 FWD Jeep Compass. After explaining to Mark, the service guy, my travelling regimen, he strongly suggested going with a more premium brand tire with a silver rating to assist in my constant highway travelling, as well as to handle the snowy weather conditions, when trying to get out of a parking spot, whic can be difficult in the winter with a FWD vehicle.So I went with the silver brand premium tire. Also, while inspecting my wheels, Ryan, Store Manager noticed that one of my tire censors was defective and suggested that I replace it. Of course I opted for a "work around" option, which he agreed too, only to find out that he replaced the $60 part for me at no charge. His response was, "Im concerned about your safety and your life". I WAS SOLD!!!! Thank you #DiscountTires for thinking enough of me as a person and not just a customer. #Customer4Life A. Harvey

Well....they refused to put snow tires on the front wheels of my front wheel drive car. I fully understand that its important to have good traction on the rear whether its fwd or rwd but if the customer asks....DO IT! So I bought all season tires so theyd put them on the front. I already knew what tires I wanted but they kept saying how great these falken tires they had were and less money. Well 2 months and 6000 miles later theres barely any tread left and need new tires....But despite the hassle due to company policy and garbage tires they do back up what they sell and they gave me a nice discount on my replacement set of tires. So aside from the company not allowing the employees to put tires wherever the customer requests Id definitely recommend purchasing tires from here. Just as long as you dont want snow tires on the front only like most people who live in this hilly city haha

Just three words..... Now thats service! I went there on my lunch break because I had a pretty gold nail stuck in my tire that needed to be removed and repaired. Not only did they fully repair it in 30 mins, they did it for FREE. Yes you read that right... for FREE. I didnt even buy my tires there... I was in total shock! I even asked... "Whats the catch?" and Ryan Manzke the Manager said... "Nothing, we just ask that you tell your friends about us!" So... here is is friends.... Stop by, talk to Ryan (let him know I sent you) at Discount Tire in Dubuque on JFK! Thanks for all the info Ryan... Ill be back for new tires soon! :)

I went in today to get four new tires. Everything about the experience was excellent, friendly staff, and a nice waiting area. When it came to choosong the right tires, I was walked through all the options, there were no tricks or upselling, i knew what was available and what to get. The free bottled water was a great touch. Service was prompt and took no time for them to complete the work. This will be my place for tires and recommend it to anybody looking for a good experience.

I have always had an excellent experience at Discount Tire, and that means a lot because I have been going there for thirty years -- mostly in Michigan. I was delighted to learn that they opened a location in Dubuque. The guys are always friendly and they dont upsell you. They fixed something for me today for half the price Honda wanted to charge me for it. See my Richardson Honda review for comparison. This is the standard for what a retail experience should be.

Discount Tire Installed/balanced two carry-in rear tires and re-balanced the front tires on my Porsche, they do not sell the brand I have on the front, hence the tire sourcing elsewhere. The service was quick, friendly & professional, and they had/used the proper jack adapters at the factory lift points. I also noted their attention to detail in aligning the Porsche crest on the center cap to bisect the valve stem, great work.

Bought a brand new vehicle and the 1st place I went to was discount tire in Dubuque to put on new tires. They are a fantastic franchise and everyone at this location was great. Jessie was the person helping me and he was very knowledgeable, gave me a great deal as well. I wont go anywhere else for my tires or service. Free rotations and flat repairs. Just plain ridiculous! Way to go discount tire!

Highly recommend doing business here. I have been using Discount Tire to take care of my vehicles for more than a decade. I have been helped at different locations around the country and have always been impressed with the high level of service. This location is new, but I was extremely happy with my first visit and look forward to continuing to do business with them.

Had a tire blow out right by their location. Pulled in to put on the spare and they offered to do it for free. When the spare wouldnt come off, they gave us a used tire free of charge to ride on until we had the money for a new one. Fantastic service from all the staff. Definitely my new favorite place for tires. Bye-bye Walmart.

Awesome service. Purchased a new set of tires before winter. I just ran over a screw today that punctured my tire. I was able to drive to their Dubuque location and they patched my tire for free and I was on my way in 20 minutes. Very friendly and quick. I highly recommend these guys.

We were just passing thru from Texas when we noticed one of the tires on our travel trailer was oddly & badly worn. The guys at Discount Tire had replacements, provided an adjustment for the worn tire, and had us on our way in no time. Great group of guys & a great store!

We ended up having a flat tire right in front of the Dubuque store. The guys here offered to put the spare on for us, when they couldnt get that they put a used one on for free. It was a great experience on a really crappy day.

Friendly staff and great pricing. Brought in my own tires and wheels to be mounted and balanced, almost every shop in town turned me away because the wheels were oversized. They did a great job and gave me a great price.
