SANDY IS THE OWNER AND SHE IS GREAT IN GIVING GOOD HEALTH TIPS. I GO TO HER AND SHE KNOWS EXACTLY WHAT TO SELL YOU FOR WHAT AILS YOU. BY TELLING ME TO TAKE CURAMIN AND TURMERIC AND DRINK BLACK CHERRY JUICE I AM OUT OF PAIN. MY BACK HURT SO BAD THAT I COULD NOT STAND UP AND HAD TO HAVE A WHEEL CHAIR. I AM NO LONGER IN PAIN IN MY BACK AND I CAN WALK AROUND AS USUAL. SUCH A WONDERFUL PERSON TO HAVE ON MY SIDE. I AM EVER SO GRATEFUL TO HER.

Ive been going to Good For You Nutrition for at least 10 years. I am so glad that we have a store like this in Jefferson County. It has something for everyone. And, if you cant find what you need, Sandy, the owner, will order it you. She is very helpful. She has assisted me on many occasions. Also, their freshly ground peanut butter is the best!
