Not exactly sure how to feel about my experience today. It wasnt bad, but something was a bit unsettling about one of the employees. It felt as if I was invisible to this certain employee. He was the only guy (black) I saw when I walked in and he had a sweater draped on his back as if he were going to be a spectator at a golf tournament (just trying to give visual on who said employer is). I started to inspect a potential purchase and thought that he would eventually ask me if I needed help. He didnt, he spoke to the lady next to me. After a while I went anoher direction and a very pleasant older employee assisted me. She was very nice and informed me on a sale that was going on plus additional information. Why didnt the man bring this to my attention? I was standing right next to him. After I left her presence I went to check out something else in his view, and again I felt invisible because he paid me no mind. I had been in several other stores before this, and he was the only person that gave me this vibe. Its hard to explain the way I felt in the moment because it didnt seem as if he was trying to ignore me. It was simply as if I never grabbed his attention as a potential customer. Maybe I wasnt wearing the right attire, or maybe I just didnt fit the typical customer. I couldve purchased several of those bags at full price, but I didnt feel like a valued customer at that time. Therefore, I went to purchase from another store. I still gave 4 stars because everyone else was nice and warm to me. He was trying TOO hard to please other people that he made this one person feel unwelcomed. Someone needs to talk to him about common respect for all customers. A simple acknowledgement of my presence wouldve remedied the situation.

my friends in other city wanted me to help them buy something in mk. i went there around 1130. that was week day, no customers there. i took some pictures sent to them to pick what they want. and went out wait. they wanted some more pictures so i went back. guess what, the store manager told me i went in and out and disturbed their business which barely nobody was around there. this was first time ever a store manager told me this in any stores. also she said you did not have to buy anything after i told her somebody not in this town needed pictures to choose what they wanted to buy. terrible experience, i definitly not buy nothing from them no more.
