Of the 8 times I"ve been in the the store the past 2 months Ive only encountered ONE helpful employee who CHEERFULLY helped me even though the store was closing. BRAVO ELSA you will go places. Maybe they should make you assistant manager!!! HORRIBLE ASSITANT MANAGER!!!!! IGNORANT counter employees. When the EMPLOYEE made a mistake, they dont rectify in the store!!!! They call corporate and the tell you "sorry, theres nothing I can do". Their employees mistake just cost me $60!!!!! For SURE this new "ANGEL VIP" was NOT treated like a vip or even a decent customer. Shame on you Victorias Secret. Ill be looking for a different brand of active wear and bras!!!
