Bought a fossil watch for my boyfriend a couple years ago from the outlet mall. Since the day I bought the watch for him, it had not worked right. We always tried to reset the watch, knowing that the battery couldnt possibly be bad since I had just bought it. When we finally gave up, we took the watch to the Fossil store at West County Mall. We told the associate the situation. He told us about the poor quality of products typically sold at the outlet and apologized for the poor watch I bought. He offered to send the watch to get a new battery for free (all we paid was shipping). When the watch returned to my boyfriend it had a totally new battery as well as a brand new band. Its great to see how a company stands by their product. Very impressed by the service we received! Thank you Fossil!!

Fossil as a company is not that bad. They do sell nice stuff.Im not sure maybe it was just the people there this time,but they were not very helpful. I came in to get my watch checked out.its part mechanical where the seconds are powered by motion. Recently the watch started rattling. Technically it is fine since the watch still works, but Im pretty sure the piece that rattles needs to be tightened (which they did before a couple months back for me in store.) But this time around the clerk insisted on the watch suppose to make noise and would not listen to reasoning. A few of the stuff seem disinterested, and I could also be a very judgemental person either way hopefully I find a way to fix it.
