Managers Nikki and Christy ruined my experience with this store completely. They were very rude and nasty to me and my family, because we were trying to use an employee discount. They began to racially profile me and my family by refusing to sell us the merchandise without the discount. They acted as if we had no money and no business in the store. When I told Christy that I clearly had the funds, because I just graduated from college and have a salaried job, she replied with "I doubt that." As long as those two work here I will never return to this store nor recommend anyone to shop here. The sad part is that I used to work at this same store four years ago before going to college.

Love the store, but was very upset with my cashier. I came in This past Saturday when the lines were long and I let my friend jump the line so she wouldnt have to wait . The cashier gave my friend a military discount (when she wasnt even in the military) , when she spent only $25 dollars in the store where I spent $100 in the store and didnt offer me any type of discount . I asked to speak to the manager very abruptly and he started laughing skeptical on of I was joking, which I was not. After he saw I was not joking, he offered to let me return everything just to ring it back up and THEN give me a discount . I quickly refused and I left .

This was my first visit to this store and I had to bring in an item that was purchased online and depended on these people at the Nike Outlet to help me get the right item and Megan and the manager Nikki went above and beyond to make sure that I got what I needed and that I was taken care of... I am very impressed with this business and I highly recommend going to see these fine people

Amazing people, fantastic support the guys found a pair of shoes that I was looking and when I requested a size bigger which was not available they ordered it online to be shipped with UPS at my house free of charge. Will definitely buy again there.
