I called to ask if they sold a power cube for the Xbox 360 or if they had one in stock. The phone rang, and rang, and rang. It actually rang for 50 minutes. I ended up just driving to the store, where they informed that they do not sell them. I asked them why they dont answer the phone and they said that customers are in the store are more important. Im sorry but that doesnt cut it. Answer you phone, 50 minutes is way to long to let it just ring on mute.

This store is terrible, does not honor promises and fails to deliver at every turn. Businesses like this are the reason everyone is shopping online and selling on Craigs list. The chances are very low that me or my closest will ever do business here again

i called with a question about nintendo ds repair. The female employee was unknowledgeable, didnt know anything and was offended when I asked to speak to someone who did know something. She should stick to stock and floor work.

The store is clean and well stocked. The employees are friendly, knowledgeable, as well as principled. (I attempted to bribe them with $150 to let me reserve my Snes Classic early. NO DICE. Five stars.

Personable staff and clean store but THEY NEVER ANSWER THE DAM PHONE!!!! Ive been in the store and watched employees ignore the ringing phone on multiple occasions. Will never go back.
