3/22/2013. The staff is very helpful and friendly and the products have always turned out great! I would highly recommend this store. A couple of months ago, I needed a last minute poster board made for a presentation the next morning. After calling around to a few stores, the earliest I could get it was in 2 days. But I called this UPS Store and the staff told me they were able to have it finished by that night, eliminating the stress of having to pick it up the morning of the meeting. They said they do that sort of thing quite frequently because they have all of the equipment they need right there in the store. Needless to say, when I needed the same thing done again a couple of days ago they had it finished and ready to be picked up later that day. I know I will need more pieces for a presentation again soon and am already planning on using them again. Very reliable.

I’ve been doing business with the Miracle Mile UPS store for almost twenty years. I have always found Karl Bickler and his staff to provide quality customer service in support of my business. Just recently I needed color copies of a presentation handout. Not being the best techie, the program I created the document in did not translate as I thought it would when sent digitally. Karl jumped into action and one of his tech savvy staff made the corrections I needed and then popped out a perfect color copy I could use that day. And that’s just one example of many. From copy to binding to shipping services I don’t just get what I need, I get what is best for the situation. I don’t use any other copy/ship service in town, because I know I can trust it will get done right at the Miracle Mile UPS store.

lmr--11/16/11. Ive always liked the service and friendly attitude at this store. Last week I had a couple work deadlines and needed some cards printed. I thought my layout was complete and ready to go--but there were problems with the computer files. Karl, Peter and staff helped re-do the layout, kept me updated on progress and made a special point of calling when the order was completed early so I could pick it up the night before all was due. I really appreciated their good service and attention to detail. The cards looked great and their help greatly reduced the stress of this deadline. Yay! I definitely recommend this store to others.

I have been a regular customer for years too, and I cant say enough good about the UPS Store in Miracle Mile in St. Louis Park. Karl and his staff are cheerful, competent, attend to detail, and able to meet a deadline. Their color copies are so good, that they are indistinguishable from the originals. Twice I have had them print my business cards. It was challenging as the cards had to be perfectly centered on both sides. With Karls help, they were perfect and very reasonable. 500 cards, full color, heavy card stock, matt finish, and cost under $50.00.

Its critical my samples arrive to their destination in the same condition as when I handed them off at the store, they do an excellent job packaging. There are many shipping options to chose from, this store is easy to do business with and why Ive stayed loyal over all these years.

Awesome poster printing! Much less expensive than Kinkos/FedEx Office. I do many posters for various events. This store is much easier to work with than FedEx Office. Glad I found them!!!
