Save your money and go elsewhere. My husband ordered a $50 bouquet for our anniversary, just a plain acrylic vase, he picked up the order (no delivery), most of the money should have gone into the flowers. When he arrived to pick it up, even he knew there wasnt enough flowers in this arrangement, he knew he should have left it there. There were 3 stems of asiatic lilies, and two stem of daisies in this arrangement for flowers, the rest was filler and greens. Upon calling Hummingbird Floral and discussing this with them, they magically added up what was in the arrangement without it sitting in front of them. This is what it came down to: $6.50 per stem of lily (FYI-Lexington Floral charges $5) and $2 a stem for the daisies, plus the vase was $7.50. This adds up to $31, which mean they put $20 worth of labor and filler into this arrangement. When I called around to other floral shops to check them out and describe the arrangement, they agreed that we had gotten hosed (I have spent roughly 5 years doing floral design and working in flower shops, these concepts arent foreign to me). Hang on to your money and shop elsewhere, these folks are taking advantage of you, your boyfriends, and your husbands.

I have been shopping at Hummingbird Floral for gifts (sometimes even for myself) and ordering flowers from them for several years now. Every Valentines Day we order roses for all of our employees and they are always outstanding. Our employees have come the love this tradition! I love this shop! It has the most unique gifts and AWESOME employees that go above and beyond to help you. I was looking at purchasing a book, but there was only one left and it was autographed by the author. So, They took the time and went searching for additional signed copies. But its not just the unique gifts, they have awesome floral arrangements and do a great job. They are very caring about the quality of flowers they use AND the customer relations!! "Im sorry for sleeping with your husband :(". Really? A floral arrangement delivered to a very public place and no one on your staff had the forethought to put this card in an envelope? How very tacky. And shame on you for contributing the humiliation of someone who has been through more than enough and did not deserve this. I dont care if this was an FTD or online order, a human still had to stick that card in a pick and place in the arrangement. Way to pay attention to detail.

This place is absolutely amazing! I have purchased arrangements many times and each time they are fabulous. It is extremely easy to find a gift for someone. Ordered online for my wifes birthday while she was at work. There was a four hour delivery window for her to be embarrassed in front of her coworkers and they nailed it. The flowers look just as good or better than the photograph online and Im not just saying that. Online ordering process was smooth and easy. Would definitely order from again. Flowers are spendy but totally worth it!

One star because I couldnt give zero. This business is run without morals. They delivered an arrangement to a place of business with a nasty note (NO ENVELOPE). This could not have been an accident. They take no responsibility for doing something that could obviously damage a persons reputation. DISGUSTING! Also, the flowers werent even nice.

Beautiful floral arrangement sent to a friend. Its a shame the shop is so unethical it sent the flowers with a toxic and personal note NOT in an envelope to her employer, a school.
