We stopped in on a spur of the moment to pick up flowers for our aunt the day after mothers day. We picked out a floral arrangement that had been obviously made up for mothers day. the only price listed was 35.99 in the cooler by the arrangments. When we went to pay for the flowers she pulled a tiny tag of the flowers that had the price of 60.00 dollars on it. She charged us for that amount and the flowers where not even close to worth that price. I do understand that it is a small shop and prices are higher, but the qualtiy should still meet the price. Oh and the clerk giving me a nasty look for eating a hershy kiss out the bowl that was sitting out on the counter (for patrons) was so inapprooriate considering the 60.00 dollars we just popped into to spend. This biz will never get my money again!

I purchased a $160 standing floral spray for my sister-in-law’s memorial service ($187.47 after tax and delivery). I purchased the flowers for four families. When we arrived at the memorial service, we did not see our arrangement. Later, at the luncheon we saw our flowers next to the sandwiches. It was a large bouquet but it definitely was not the standing spray I ordered. I called the florist stating that I thought it was fair to call before writing a review. I was told that because it was in an “urn” and not a in a “vase” that it was a spray. I was also told that another bouquet (further down the lunch line) was also from Flora Etcetera and it was only $40. It was somewhat smaller, but very similar to the “spray” I purchased for $160. I wish I just paid $40 for a “bouquet.”

Amy the owner did a fantastic job!! I called from out of town for an in town funeral and she captured the essence of everything I explained to her over the phone!! Take some free advice if youre sending flowers there is not a better company to use!! Thank you , Bill M

Very friendly on the phone but $12 delivery charge!! Holy smokes...i havent seen the finished order yet so may be a bit early to rate but initial reaction isnt good!

Very, very friendly and helpful vs.the outright rude competitor in town. The price on what I ordered was also much less than the competitor. Ill be back.
