We had a power outage that was going to last three days, it was a Sunday and many other stores were closed or did not have a generator. I called the store to ask if they could hold a generator for us and not only did they hold the generator they kept the store open after closing time so we could get it. The man who helped us was very kind and helped us find the right generator. Overall, I had a great experience and will definitely come back.

This is a great store, always neat and tidy. It is also well organized, and if you should need help finding anything, the employees there are super friendly and quick to assist. Nice place to shop for your garden, home and farm supplies. Prices very competitive too!

Just left this place and were never coming back. Both the manager and employees were rude and very unhelpful. If you want good customer service go Menards in Buffalo.

I think having a Tractor Supply Company in Rockford is a lot like having a Fleet Farm. They have most every thing you could need.
