I give 3 stars for the product but not the experience. Someone finally came up to assist me and went to find a different size for the boots I was interested and never came back! She just left me there and when I finally saw her again she was helping someone else. I came up to her she just said "Oh, I couldnt find one... sorry." Just let me know you dont have my size! Dont leave me waiting there! TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.

This is a nice store but the workers are so rude and snobby! Who do they think they are??? They are waiting on me or supposed to be anyway. I walked in and looked around and was ignored! Left in a hurry.
