This has happened at least twice before this week (2015 & 2016) Either I order something to be delivered to the store on line (which they state is available), and then my order is cancelled, or I come into the store (after fighting parking), and am ignored, not greeted, or followed without any offer of help. After my On Line available order was cancelled within 6 hours for the local MO store, I drove to Leawood, KS (I did not call first), and the Associates were so helpful & friendly & accommodating. I purchased 4X what I originally would have purchased from the Plaza store. I will be going to the Leawood store in Kansas from now on. Especially since I am coming from 20 hours away (driving).
